With the development of science and technology in China, network technology has been widely used in various industries, which has a great impact on people’s daily life. However, the development of network technology also brings some problems.People will encounter more problems when they enjoy life with the help of network.Among them,Internet addiction is the most important problem, which has become an important factor affecting the healthy growth of vocational college students. There are many reasons for Internet addiction, which are directly related to the social environment, family environment, education environment and students themselves. The harm of Internet addiction to students is very great, which has a negative impact on the daily life of college students. It needs the cooperation of society, school and family to intervene and guide students. In this paper, literature, questionnaire, interview, experimental research, mathematical analysis and logical analysis are used to analyze the actual situation of Internet addicted male students in Hunan Vocational College of physical education, take the non sports students as an example, and carry out outdoor sports to understand the effect of internet addictive intervention,so as to contribute to the internet addictive Boys can change their daily life habits, actively participate in sports, and gradually get rid of Internet addiction.Through the research,we can get the following conclusions:(1)According to the investigation of non sports majors in Hunan Vocational College of physical education,it is found that 8.4% of boys are addicted to Internet, and the problem of Internet addiction is serious.(2)The effect of experimental intervention is different.Regular sports can alleviate the Internet Addiction of college students to a certain extent, but the improvement before and after the intervention is not very obvious, and the effect is not too long.(3)The intervention effect of outdoor expansion exercise on Internet addiction is more obvious, especially for mild Internet addicts, and for severe Internet addicts, the intervention effect is more lasting than that of the conventional group.(4)In this paper,we found that the effect of outdoor expansion exercise intervention during the study period and shortly after the end of the experiment, the effect of improving Internet addiction is more obvious, but its intervention effect can not be maintained for a long time.If we do not continue to follow up and strengthen the monitoring and guidance in many aspects in the later stage, the problem of Internet addiction will also occur repeatedly,so the intervention method of outdoor expansion exercise can not guarantee the complete elimination of Internet addiction once and for all.we must make continuous observation on the students to understand whether these students can better integrate into the society, whether there is the tendency of Internet addiction, and take timely countermeasures.(5)Aiming at the problem of male students’ Internet addiction,we can find that it is not to occupy their spare time and increase the intensity of sports as the main means and methods of intervention, but to effectively transfer their interests and hobbies through outdoor sports expansion,at the same time, let students reflect on their current situation, help clear their goals, strengthen self-management and ideological awareness, and establish self-confidence and respect The need to maintain good physical and mental health, and gradually get rid of the Internet addiction to return to normal life.(6)For the control group that did not take special methods to intervene, through the experimental test,it was found that without timely and effective intervention measures for Internet addicts, the degree of Internet Addiction of Internet addicts may worsen.
