With the popularity of the Internet,the use of the Internet have become a new hot spot in psychological research.The virtual world of the network makes young people curious and yearn for it,and brings various challenges and crises to the healthy growth of the youth.Qu Yi and Fang Ming dong(2015)pointed out that there are many factors that affect college students being Internet Addiction,but psychological factors are particularly prominent.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to study the influencing and intervention modes for the internet addictive behavior of teenagers.Also,its results will conducive to cultivate teen-ages being a correctly perception in using internet,and promote their psychological healthy development.The purpose of study I is to explore the higher vocational college students’ self-cognition and internet addiction,a influence for the psychological behavior.And to investigate the role of intermediary variables which is for the learning motivation and time management of higher vocational college students.So as to reveal the mechanism of their learning motivation and time management on internet addiction.After analysis and discussion,we draw conclusions as follow:(1)In demography,between the Self-cognition and internet addiction of higher vocational college students has significant differences in gender and whether they are the only child.Learning Motivation of higher vocational college students has significant differences in whether they are the only child.Time management disposition of higher vocational college students has significant differences in whether they are class committee.(2)There is a significant correlation among higher vocational college students’ self-cognition,internet addiction,learning motivation and time management disposition.There is a positive correlation among higher vocational college students’ self-cognition,learning motivation and time management disposition,but it is negatively correlated with internet addiction.(3)Learning motivation plays a partial intermediary role between higher vocational college students’ self-cognition and internet addiction.As well as,time management disposition plays a partial intermediary role between higher vocational college students’ self-cognition and internet addiction.Learning motivation and time management disposition play a partial chain intermediary role between higher vocational college students’ self-cognition and internet addiction.According to the above,there is a effective way to reduce the tendency of IAD by improving the students’ self-cognition level,therefor,help them to establish the correct goal in learning and turn it into learning motivation,and strengthen their time management ability.On the basis of research I,the author design study II,a group counseling model with the subject of improving self cognition level,to explore whether there is a causal relationship between them.The results show that,the group counseling intervention program,which are designed for higher vocational college students with the theme of improving self cognition,has played a certain effect.It can be speculated that by improving the level of self-cognition of the whole people can effectively prevent the occurrence of Internet addiction. |
