With the continuous promotion of the "double first-class" construction,more and more young teachers have become the main force of the university teachers,and the professional development of young teachers has once again become a hot issue in higher education.The professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities is the trend of The Times and the inevitable choice to promote the construction of teaching staff and the development of colleges and universities.However,at present,the professional development level of young teachers in colleges and universities cannot meet the requirements of the construction of "double first-class" colleges and universities,and some colleges and universities are facing many new challenges in optimizing the mechanism of the professional development of young teachers.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the professional development mechanis m of young teachers in colleges and universities,so as to ensure that it is suitable for the construction and development of "double tops" in colleges and universities.Therefore,through literature research、comparative research and interview method,combined with the professional development needs of young teachers in colleges and universities u-nder the background of "double first-class",this paper analyzes and finds out the pr-oblems of mechanism dimension in the professional developme nt of young teachers in colleges and universities from the perspective of the profes sional development st-age of young teachers.The government,the society,the univer sity lacks the safegua-rd joint force;The formation of professional development com munity for young teac-hers has been blocked.In view of the existing problems,and with the United States the characteristics of young university teachers’ professional development mechanism for reference,combining with the construction of "double top" in colleges and universities in our country background and present situation of the young teachers’ professional development mechanism,proposed under the background of "double top" mechanism optimization direction of young university teachers’ professional development in our country,mainly through to the idea of the planning,coordination,open concept to improve the selection mechanism of young university teachers’ profess-ional development,safeguard mechanism and the symbiosis mechanism,so as to pr-omote the young university teachers’ professional development in our country.
