Track and field is the oldest sports event,but the development of track and field in our country starts late,and we still have a big gap with the world’s advanced level.There are many reasons for our lack of overall level of track and field events.Researchers at home and abroad have a variety of research directions for middle and long distance running.These research results greatly promote the development of training theory,and the improvement of theoretical research provides a solid guarantee for scientific training methods.The research on the middle and long distance running by domestic sports researchers is mostly about the physical quality and training methods,but the research on the technical sports norms of middle and long distance running athletes is relatively insufficient.The main factors that determine the performance of long-distance running include special physical quality,running technique,competition tactics,scientific training means and psychological state.In this study,a multi-step cycle technique action of a 5000 meter high level athlete in a sports school in Shandong Province is taken as the research object.Through the analysis of the angle of arm swing,elbow joint,hip joint,two thigh up angle,two leg back pedal angle,two leg back pedal knee joint angle,two leg included angle,two leg fold angle,landing position and landing position of the5000 meter high level athlete in different running stages The distance of body center of gravity,ankle angle and other kinematic parameters are analyzed,and the technical parameters of athletes running are systematically collected.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,high-speed photography and mathematical statistics,combined with the analysis of APAs three-dimensional image motion analysis system,this paper analyzes the running movements of Chinese men’s 5000 meter long-distance runners in different running stages from the perspective of a complete system,Compared with the world’s excellent long-distance runners,this paper finds out the main reasons for the lack of technical movements of Chinese long-distance runners and the impact on the competitive status,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.ConclusionThrough a third ring and ring 13 shooting Angle data analysis contrast,athletes elbow Angle in the whole process of 5000 m running basic there was no significant difference,but the upper arm horizontal pendulum Angle generally reduce the athletes lower limbs stretching in complete degree is insufficient,will affect the whole of the athletes lower limb movement,at the same time,the subjects athletes common hip technology issues,when the ground of the swinging leg hip stretch,not being completely,in turn,led to affect the subsequent stretching hip to the completion of the action cannot be better.The second problem is that the Angle of the rear kick is too large when the lower limbs kick back.The Angle of the rear kick is too large,which directly leads to the reduction of the step frequency,affects the normal level speed of the athletes and results in the decline of the performance.All of the above are important reasons for the difference in athletes’ performance.Suggestions1.It is recommended to focus on physical fitness and core strength training in daily training,so as to better guarantee the overall coordination of the body and the natural degree of movement during the5000 meter running.2.It is suggested to modify and strengthen the technical requirements related to the upper arm swing,on this basis,increase the strength and flexibility of the upper limb,so as to better standardize and strengthen the upper arm swing technology.3.It is suggested that on the basis of guiding the correct hip delivery technology,more emphasis should be placed on the flexibility of hip movement,the awareness of self delivery of hip should be cultivated,and the technical movement of pushing and extending the hip should be better completed in the running.4.It is suggested to modify the content of intensity training and improve the division of content under the condition of solving the relationship between the length of takeoff time,the angle of lower limb back pedaling and the center of gravity of the body.On the basis of ensuring the frequency,we should try our best to improve step length and performance.5.It is suggested that in the process of training,on the basis of maintaining the characteristics of individual running posture and stride length of the athletes,the coaches should carry out the related training of accelerating stride frequency through the improvement of physical fitness and core ability,so as to improve the overall sports performance.
