At the end of 2019,the official website of the Ministry of education of China released the annual education statistics.According to the data released,the number of school students in China in 2019 exceeded 280 million,with a year-on-year increase of 6 million.In all kinds of schools at all levels,the number of primary school students has increased year by year.According to the data in 2019,the number of primary school students has exceeded 105 million.Based on the number of primary school students growing year after year,there is a training industry for k12 education.At this time,the number and types of enterprises entering the education and training market are also increasing.At the same time,with the current people pay more attention to quality education,quality education training institutions such as s project and maker education have appeared in the market.The research object of this paper is the 21 st Century Education Group s project.After analyzing the s project,this study aims to find out the obstacles and problems in the further development of k12 education market,and then find appropriate measures to deal with the problems.This paper first describes the marketing theory and the current s project development,and then analyzes the current impact of the project,and found that the project in three aspects of the shortcomings,the first is marketing strategy;the second is curriculum design;the last is market positioning.Finally,this paper investigates the parents’ cognition and participation expectation of s project in Shijiazhuang area by means of questionnaire survey.After obtaining the survey results,combining with marketing theory,combining with the actual situation of s project from product strategy and other aspects,this paper puts forward the optimization suggestions of s project strategy,and according to the actual situation of the project,gives the guarantee measures for implementation. |
