A Study On The Imbalance And Optimization Of Fiscal Expenditure On Education In Guizhou Province

At a time when socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,when the Xiaokang will be completed in an all-round way and a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,we must uphold the people-centered pursuit of the value of education,we will continue to promote the development of education to benefit all the people in a more and more equitable manner,to meet the People’s ever-increasing needs for a better life,and to provide more equitable and better-quality education,guizhou and even the country is about to face a difficult subject and an important challenge。In the face of the current complex and changeable international and domestic situation,the growth rate of Guizhou’s fiscal revenue has slowed down,and in the context of the reality of limited public resources and soaring public demand,optimizing the structure of educational expenditure,improving the efficiency of resource allocation and actively exploring the use of limited financial educational resources for local and effective purposes are undoubtedly feasible and effective ways at this stage and even in the coming period.Based on the theory of Public Management,this paper collects and analyzes the development trend and present situation of the scale and hierarchical structure of financial education expenditure in Guizhou Province in recent years,combining the theory of public expenditure and the theory of public goods,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes,and takes the per capita GDP and the proportion of fiscal revenue in GDP as the dependent variable,and the proportion of education expenditure at all levels as the independent variable,other factors,such as policy influence,administrative preference and so on,are used to establish multiple regression models for controlling variables,and empirical studies are carried out to find the basic characteristics and general laws of the hierarchical structure of financial expenditure on education through statistical software,according to the model,this paper analyzes the gap between the predicted value and the actual value of Guizhou Province,in order to measure the imbalance degree of the hierarchical structure of financial education expenditure in Guizhou Province,and analyzes the reasons for the imbalance,and puts forward to optimize the hierarchical structure of financial education expenditure,to improve the efficiency of the use of funds,we should put the limited resources to good use and provide better material guarantee for the development of more equitable and quality education...
