As an integral part of modern vocational education system,secondary vocational education shoulders the responsibility of promoting local economic development and training compound technical and technical talents.Secondary vocational culture courses play an important role in personnel training.As the implementer of culture teaching,the vocational status of culture teachers directly affects the quality training of secondary vocational students.However,there is a lack of research and Practice on the current situation of culture teachers in secondary vocational schools.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this study takes three public secondary vocational schools in T city of Guangdong Province as an example,through questionnaire survey and interview,to deeply understand the vocational status of cultural teachers in secondar y vocational schools.This paper measures the satisfaction degree of the demand factors that affect the vocational status of cultural teachers in secondary vocational schools,finds out the current dominant demand factors of cultural teachers in secondary vocational schools;clarifies the nature of cultural teachers’ dominant needs through comparative analysis with professional teachers’ needs;investigates the main factors of secondary vocational culture teachers from five demographic variables including gender,age,teaching age,professional title and position In order to improve the current situation of culture teachers,the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the current situation of culture teachers.The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,in which the reasons for the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,literature review and the research content,ideas and methods of the paper are clarified.The second part is the definition of the key concepts and the theoretical basis of this paper.It expounds the feasibility of using Maslow’s needs hierarchy theory to study the teachers of secondary vocational culture course,and clarifies the correlation between the main content of Maslow’s needs hierarchy theory and the current needs factors of the teachers of secondary vocational culture course.The third part is about the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the results of the three secondary vocational schools in T city of Guangdong Province.The fourth part is to analyze the causes of the problems with the help of interviews with teachers of culture course in Secondary Vocational School of T City,combining with their regional and demographic variables.In the fifth part,based on the analysis of the current situation and causes of the cultural teachers in secondary vocational schools,the author puts forward some countermeasures for improvement,and provides some reference for the future study of cultural teachers in secondary vocational schools. |
