| This study uses literature method,interview method,Delphi method,statistical method and other research methods to study the physical fitness characteristics of highlevel outdoor athletes in the mountainous areas of colleges and universities.The general model for outdoor athletes in mountainous areas in colleges and universities,the individual physical fitness evaluation standards for high-level outdoor athletes in mountain areas in colleges and universities,and the comprehensive evaluation standards for high-level outdoor athletes in mountain areas in colleges and universities.The main research conclusions drawn are as follows:(1)The physical characteristics of outdoor mountain athletes in colleges and universities refer to the exercise load that athletes bear when participating in mountain outdoor events(mainly cross-country running,kayaking and mountain biking)and their ability to adapt to different mountain environments in each event.It is determined by body shape,Body function and sports quality are composed of three elements,each of which promotes,interacts,and restricts each other,forming a system with complete and specific functions.It is obviously different from other sports.The physical characteristics of mountain outdoor sports are a key component that determines the competitive ability and performance of college mountain outdoor athletes to participate in mountain outdoor events.(2)The body shape of high-level outdoor athletes in colleges and universities is mainly characterized by long lower limbs,low body fat percentage,heavy lean body,and lower limb muscle content 3-5 times that of upper limb muscle;physical function is mainly manifested by strong aerobic metabolism.Quiet heart rate is low,heart rate reserve is high;exercise quality is mainly manifested in aerobic endurance ability,speed endurance ability,strong core strength and special sports ability,and good psychological endurance.(3)This research finally determines the evaluation index of the physical fitness characteristics of high-level outdoor athletes in the mountainous areas of colleges and universities.It is composed of 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators,and 10third-level indicators.Physical fitness tests were conducted on 48 athletes from eight universities,and the test data were processed statistically,which confirmed that there is a gap in physical fitness characteristics between elite athletes and ordinary athletes.According to the deviation method and the percentile method,the individual evaluation standards and comprehensive evaluation standards of various typical indicators of highlevel outdoor athletes in colleges and universities have been established.After backtesting,it is demonstrated that the physical fitness evaluation system for high-level outdoor athletes in colleges and universities has objectivity and rationality.(4)The evaluation system of physical fitness characteristics of high-level outdoor athletes in colleges and universities constructed by this research can reflect the common characteristics and existing problems of the development level of physical fitness characteristics of outdoor athletes in colleges and universities,and the high-level outdoor sports in colleges and universities constructed by this research The evaluation system of athletes’ physical characteristics can provide specific diagnostic analysis for the advantages and disadvantages of individual athletes in the development level of physical characteristics. |
