With the development of China’s sports industry,Amateur Sports Training Industry has also been relatively rapid development in recent years.Basketball is one of the most popular sports in our country.More and more people participate in basketball.While basketball is popular,the sports industry has also got corresponding development.Liaoning Province has significant advantages in developing basketball,and the provincial capital of Shenyang has a very good basketball atmosphere.Many training institutions have launched basketball training programs for preschool children in the city.On weekends or holidays,we can see the basketball training activities carried out by many training institutions in the basketball stadium.Based on consumer psychology and general purchasing psychology,this paper investigates the consumer demand of Shenyang Preschool Children’s parents when they consume basketball events and consumer characteristics,consumer motivation,purchase decision-making and consumer behavior,the impact of factors,through the impact of internal and external factors of consumer psychology to explore,and then carry out relevant theoretical research to draw relevant conclusions.In order to ensure the accuracy of the study,the parents and consumers of preschool children with different social status and job nature and different consumption ability and consumption concept were selected to carry out the research.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,Mathematical Statistics and logical analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the parents and consumers of preschool children in Shenyang.This paper analyzes the psychological needs,consumption motivation,purchase decision-making and other problems and their influencing factors in the consumer movement,and draws the following conclusions:1.Among the consumers,the age is 31-35 years old,the female is the main consumer group,has a good educational background,most consumers have certain consumption ability,can afford the relevant costs.2.Consumers have health needs,self-protection needs,social needs,respect needs and potential needs.3.The consumption motivation of consumers when they purchase basketball courses is the same motivation,the motivation of seeking beauty,the motivation of seeking truth.4.Among consumers considerations before purchase,most believe that they are buying basketball lessons because they believe the sport will be good for their children.In the access to know,the introduction of a friend after consumers choose to buy the largest proportion of the course.Most children take basketball lessons more than once a week.The main purposes of purchasing basketball courses for consumers are physical exercise,healthy physique,character improvement,healthy personality,intellectual development and talent learning Consumers focus on improving their children’s physical,mental,and intellectual health,focusing on the level of teachers,venue environment and location,training institutions brand and qualifications.5.The consumer will consider following the consumer who has already produced the consumption around to produce the consumption behavior.Most consumers have no intention of involving their children in basketball until they have a consumer behavior,and the sales force sets out to guide consumption by feeling,values,and expanding customer demand.The consumer’s behavior has the autonomy,the factor which considers has the complexity,in the operation pays attention to the product introduction and the follow-up service also relatively important,pays attention to the development customer’s renewal work.6.The internal factors that influence consumer psychology are age and sex,occupation nature and educational background,income and consumption expenditure.The external factors that affect psychology of consumers are geographical and climatic factors,venue location and environmental factors,the number of people trained in venues.This article looks forward to contributing and providing reference for the development of Shenyang preschool children’s basketball.Including:operators should focus on reputation and integrity;focus on quality services and customer conversion;focus on children’s basketball leagues;focus on understanding customer needs.
