Research On The Complete Sets Of Movements Of Women’s Individual In 2019 National Aerobics Championship

In 1987,China’s first national competitive aerobics competition was held in Beijing,that is the"Great Wall Cup" aerobics friendly invitational competition,this competition is a good start for the development of domestic competitive aerobics.Although China’s competitive aerobics started later than the European and American countries,but the rapid development momentum,in the international competition repeatedly won the gold and silver,the strength of the Chinese team is quite strong.However,the development of women’s individual competitive aerobics in China is not as expected,This event has never won a championship at the World Aerobics Championships,and has won only two MEDALS in a dozen competitions,China’s three-person aerobics,five-person aerobics and aerobic dance and other projects have repeatedly won the world champion,By contrast,women’s singles are in a weak position,there is a lot of room for improvement,so it is necessary to study the complete set of Chinese competitive aerobics women’s single movement.National Aerobics Championship is a highest level in our country,the women’s single masters group represents the strongest athletic strength of female athletes in competitive aerobics in our country,this research takes the 2017-2020 Competitive Aerobics Rules as the standard,By means of literature,expert interview,video observation,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods,analyze the complete sets of movements of the top eight women’s individual gymnastic athletes in 2019 National Aerobics Championship from the aspects of competition results,artistic choreography,difficult movements and completion quality.This paper tries to find out the deficiency of women’s single athletic aerobics in China,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,provides a theoretical reference for the creation and training of women’s single aerobics in the future,and hopes to improve the overall technical level of outstanding women’s single aerobics athletes in China,and to lay a foundation for the development of women’s single aerobics in China.The research conclusions are as follows:1.From the point of view of the competition results:there was a large gap between the eight players in terms of artistic score and difficulty score,and the gap in completion score was the smallest.It can be seen that the high quality of completion is the foundation,and "difficult" and "beautiful" are the key factors to achieve excellent performance,which is also the goal for the athletes to continuously improve.2.From the perspective of artistic choreography:the arrangement of the eight athletes’ gymnastics movements is complex and diverse,but there are also problems of unbalanced distribution of gymnastics movements and the use of basic steps.The transition and connection movements of most players are low in difficulty and not novel enough,while the champion athletes’ transition and connection movements are novel and eye-catching.In terms of spatial conversion type,A-C-A spatial conversion type is only used by one athlete,and the utilization rate of different spatial levels is not balanced enough.The music selected by the athletes is high and passionate,but there is still room for improvement in the degree of integration between the music and the complete set of movements and the connotation of the art works.There is also a lack of emotional expression in the performance of the athletes.3.From the point of difficulty movements:Chinese women’s singles athletes tend to use difficulty movements with medium and high scores.The difficulty of Group C is the most popular and the group B is lacking.The selection of difficulty of each group is not balanced and rich.The distribution of the difficulty movements in the complete set is reasonable and balanced.The eight players’ difficulty connections are all based on the difficulty of group C,which tend to be similar in the difficulty of the connection and the combination mode,and lack of novelty.4.From the perspective of the quality of completion:The quality of the completion of group C was poor,because the details of the difficulty were not delicate enough to achieve perfection.
