With the advancement of educational evaluation reform and the popularization of higher education,the evaluation of the teaching quality of college teachers has become an important issue of educational evaluation.Whether college teachers can obtain an objective and fair evaluation of teaching quality is the power source to improve teachers’ teaching enthusiasm and the key factor to improve teachers’ teaching level and school running quality.In the era of big data,massive teaching data that are only recorded but not effectively utilized still exists."Analyzing realistic teaching data and analyzing realistic teaching evaluation problems" is conducive to the development of educational evaluation reform in colleges.The main work and achievements of this thesis are as follows:1.Aiming at the problems of insufficient scientificity and objectivity of the evaluation results,large consumption of time and human resources in the evaluation process,a new method of evaluating the teaching quality of college teachers based on the evaluation of performance is proposed by combining the evaluation of performance prediction and value-added evaluation.This method is dominated by objective and real data throughout the evaluation process.According to the established "college course performance-related feature table,” the regression prediction of performance is carried out with the help of a machine learning algorithm.The value-added of predicted performance is obtained with the actual assessment performance.Teachers’ teaching quality is standardized and quantified by adding the value of results with practical significance to obtain the evaluation value of teacher teaching quality based on big data.2.Further analysis and mining of teachers’ teaching information and influencing variables to improve the principle of value-added contribution and evaluation methods.Through the analysis of the relevant data of teachers’ teaching,the author still takes objective data as the leading factor to analyze the influence degree of teachers’ factors on the value-added of grades,enriches the "characteristics table related to college course performance," improves the prediction effect of the model and the authenticity of the predicted value,and enhances the interpretation degree of "teaching quality" on the value-added of predicted grades.Improved the teaching quality evaluation method of college teachers based on value-added performance.Features related to the table based on the courses of universities combined with the performance prediction and value-added,realize the value-added applications in the field of teaching evaluation in college,college teacher’s teaching quality evaluation method is innovative,evaluation result more scientific and objective,provides a new path for the reform of teaching quality evaluation reference,It is an effective attempt in the reform and development of digital empowerment college education evaluation.There is still a lot of room for improvement in this method.For example,the evaluation method can be more convincing by obtaining relevant data from schools and improving the "college curriculum score related Feature Table" according to the principle of the value-added contribution of performance.
