Students in secondary vocational schools are in the turning period when their physiology and psychology are driving to mature.Meanwhile, the life of students is changing from general education to vocational education, and their development direction is shifting from admission to employment. In the face of increasingly fierce occupational competition and employment pressure, some students have various psychological puzzles or problems in terms of self-awareness and interpersonal communication.Taking the students of a secondary vocational school in Wuhan as the research object, this paper investigated and analyzed the overall mental health of the secondary vocational students.Furthermore.the author designed a network intervention program based on mindfulness theory, which aims to the interpersonal sensitivity of secondary vocational school students, and carried out practical intervention. In research one.a questionnaire survey was conducted among 394 full-time students from a secondary vocational school in Wuhan, and the results of the research can be concluded as follws:1)The overall average score of SCL-90 of the secondary vocational students was lower than that of the general middle school students(the national norm).2)The mental health level of the secondary vocational students is higher than the national average level of middle school students.3)The interpersonal sensitivity of middle vocational school students is a factor with a higher detection rate.4)There is a significant difference in interpersonal sensitivity between different genders.5)The average level of interpersonal sensitivity of female vocational school students was significantly higher than that of male vocational school students.6)No significant difference was found in one-child family or not.In the second research,firstly,60 full-time students from the secondary vocational school were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,30 students in each group.Secondly, based on the understanding of mindfulness theory and analysis of students’ psychological development in secondary vocational school, the author designed a network intervention program for interpersonal sensitivity, where the experimental group was given a network intervention for 8 weeks(once a week).Thirdly, the participants in both groups were distributed SCL-90 and five-factor mindfulness awareness test before and after the intervention. After that,follow-up measurements were taken one month after the intervention. The results of the research showed that mindfulness training network intervention could effectively reduce the interpersonal sensitivity of secondary vocational school students.
