Objective: To explore the relationship among attachment,empathy and interpersonal sensitivity of secondary vocational nursing students,and then to intervene the interpersonal sensitivity of secondary vocational nursing students.This study consists of two parts:Study 1 : Used the Adult Attachment Scale(Adult Attachment Scale,AAS),Interpersonal Reactivity Index,IRI and Interpersonal sensitive sub-scale of Symptom Check list 90,SCL-90.Attachment,empathy and interpersonal relationship sensitivity of 335 nursing students from a local secondary vocational medical school in Changsha were measured and the relationships among them were analyzed by descriptive statistics,independent sample t test,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Study 2: 36 interpersonal sensitive students were recruited from335 students,and divided into train group and control group,with 18 in each.The control group did not do any intervention,the train group did group counseling intervention,and compared with the control group.The experiment lasted for three weeks,twice a week.Independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test were used for data analysis.The results showed that :(1)there was a significant positive correlation between secondary vocational nursing students' attachment anxiety and empathy(r=0.288,p<0.01),and there was a significant positive correlation between attachment anxiety and personal pain in empathy dimension(r=0.434,p<0.01)and imagination(r=0.249,p<0.01).(2)there was a significant positive correlation between secondary vocational nursing students' empathy and interpersonal sensitivity(r=0.321,p<0.01),and there was a significant positive correlation between personal pain in empathy dimension(r=0.562,p<0.01)and imagination and interpersonal sensitivity(r=0.252,p<0.01).(3)secondary vocational nursing students' attachment anxiety can significantly positively predict interpersonal sensitivity(R2=0.32,t=11.84,p<0.001),while empathy plays a mediating effect between attachment and interpersonal relationship(direct effect accounts for 90.90% of the total effect and indirect effect accounts for 9.09%).(4)attachment anxiety(t=0.24,p > 0.05),attachment avoidance(t=-0.86,p > 0.05)and interpersonal relationship sensitivity(t=-0.72,p > 0.05)were not significantly different in the control group before and after intervention,while attachment anxiety(t=1.69,p > 0.05)and interpersonal relationship sensitivity(t=3.40,p < 0.05)were significantly different in the experimental group before and after intervention,but there was no significant difference in attachment avoidance(t=4.74,p > 0.05).Conclusion :(1)Attachment anxiety can directly predict interpersonal sensitivity,and it can also predict interpersonal sensitivity through empathy.(2)Attachment group counseling has a significant effect on interpersonal relationship sensitivity.
