In our basic education,preprimary education is an indispensable and important part,also the foundation of school education system and lifelong education.It is the key to ensure the quality of preprimary education to have a team of preschool teachers with noble teachers’ morality,strict teachers’ style,balanced structure and excellent professional quality.Private kindergartens have made great contributions to meet the increasing social needs of education in the new era,and provided a strong guarantee for the diversification of educational composition and the reduction of national educational financial expenditure.Its social influence and status have been recognized more and more,and become an integral part of preprimary education.In the new era,with the increase of the state investment in preprimary education,the advantages of public kindergartens with national funds and relatively stable teaching staff construction will further highlight the disadvantages of private kindergartens,which is a serious crisis for private kindergartens supported by social funds and tuition fees.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the construction of teachers’ team in private kindergartens under the background of new era.This paper takes the investigation of the construction status and existing problems of the private kindergarten teachers as the starting point,uses the literature method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,through the analysis of the local ten private kindergartens in X District of Hubei Province,the current situation of the construction of the teachers’ team,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The framework of this study is as follows:the first section is the introduction,which describes the background of this study,overview,concept definition,research methods,logical thinking and structure arrangement,etc.;the second chapter summarizes the history of the construction of private kindergarten teachers from 1949 to now;the third chapter describes the current situation of the construction of private kindergarten teachers in X District,and analyzes the existing problems:such as the team structure is not balanced,the sense of professional belonging is not high,and the salary is low;the fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the above problems from the four aspects of the state,society,park and individual;the chapter five puts forward some specific suggestions to improve the construction of teachers’ team of private kindergartens according to the reasons mentioned above:based on the national security law and supervision system and the society as the main driving force,we should establish a platform for home school integration and college co construction,stimulate the subjective initiative of kindergartens and teachers,and supervise and promote each other in four aspects,so as to build a good team of teachers in private kindergartens in the new era and improve the quality of private preschool education in China.
