People-oriented,education revitalize the country.Higher education is the most important priority in the national education series.Private universities are an indispensable part of higher education.In the course of private universities development,they have made indelible contributions to Chinese higher education.Since the reform and opening up,the development and progress of Chinese higher education has made a historic leap,and it has provided a strong intellectual support and talent guarantee for Chinese economic and social development.At present,the total number of higher education in China ranks first in the world,and the number of employees who have higher education qualification ranks second in the world,and China has become a big country in higher education.Promoting the healthy,rapid and sustainable development of private universities has great and far-reaching significance for the development of higher education in China.The development of private universities in Shaanxi Province is at the forefront of the country.In terms of quantity,quality of development and scale of universities,it is the model of other provinces.As an important part of education in Shaanxi Province,private education is injected vigor and vitality into the reform and development of education in Shaanxi Province.As with the development of other things,various problems will inevitably occur.The development of private universities in Shaanxi Province will inevitably have such shortcomings.In terms of the construction of the teaching staff,the lack of concentration is as follows:the professional level of the teaching staff is uneven.The quality of teaching is not high,the teaching process lacks innovation,the comprehensive quality of teachers is poor,the structure of teachers ’age,title,education and other structures are irrational,the foundation of scientific research ability is weak,and the scientific research results in private universities are much poorer than public universities.The foundation of the team’s stability is weak,and the faculty is easily mobile.Firstly,the existence of these deficiencies has not only policy reasons,such as imperfect regulations on the construction of private universities and teachers,the implementation of policy supervision is not in place,the identity of private university teachers is not clear,and the channels for the promotion of private teachers’titles are not smooth.Secondly,there are also some reasons for the lack of funding for private research and teaching in private universities.Thirdly,the internal management and welfare treatment of private universities is another reason.Lastly,private university teachers have their own thoughts.Although there are various reasons for these shortcomings,they will directly affect the quality of private universities.Therefore,in order to develop in Shaanxi private universities,it is necessary to provide a sound system guarantee for the construction of private university teachers and clarify the identity of private teachers.It also need to fulfill the evaluation policy for teachers’ titles in private universities,increase investment in scientific research in private universities,establish and improve the management system for teachers in private universities,change the concept of running schools,attach importance to the construction of teachers,and strive to improve teachers’ sense of well-being,security,and sense of acquisition.Of course,private university teachers need to make active efforts,establish a correct career outlook based on education,strive to improve their ability to maintain the advanced nature and enthusiasm of the work,and be more adept at learning and good at cooperation.According to the enrollment of universities and universities in Shaanxi Province in recent years,the total number of higher education students in Shaanxi Province is decreasing year by year.With the gradual expansion of the enrollment of public institutions,the resources of higher education have become relatively surplus.The impact of universities and universities is heavily.In such fierce competition,high-quality teaching has become a key factor restricting school’s development and enrollment.Compare with public universities,private universities have short history.Students,parents,and society have some deviations from private higher education,and private universities and universities have encountered different challenges and tests in management and school development.In these challenges and tests,the focus is on the construction of the teaching staff.Therefore,building a high-level and high-quality full-time teaching staff is a key task of private universities and universities.Whether the strength of teachers is strong or not,it is related to the development of private universities and universities.It can be said that the construction of teachers is the most important thing in the fast,healthy and sustainable development of private universities and universities.
