A Study Of Counselors’ Establishment And Application Of WeChat Official Account For Students’ Work

With the characteristics of high efficiency and accuracy of communication,sharing and storage of content,richness and freshness of expression forms(vividness of expression),diversity and expansibility of modules,and visibility of data,WeChat official account has been widely used in various fields and industries in society.The study of counselors’ creation and application of WeChat official account to carry out the analysis of the present status of the student work,especially the existing problems and reasons,put forward some solutions to deal with,for counselors enhance understanding,summarize experience,is of great theoretical significance and practical value for counselors to improve their understanding,summarize their experience,and actively create effective applications of WeChat official account for student work,so as to enhance the attractiveness and effectiveness of student education and management.The thesis firstly defines the connotation and main content of the counselor’s establishment and application of WeChat official account to carry out student work,and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the counselor’s establishment and application of WeChat official account to carry out student work.Then,summarizes the basic status of the counselor’s establishment and application of WeChat public account to carry out student work,and analyzes the prominent problems.The main problems are:low ratio of creation and insufficient coverage;Single application,extensive development;Lack of specialization and lack of development.The main reasons are cognition deviation,ability shortboard,lack of energy and so on.On this basis,the thesis puts forward the countermeasures to solve these problems from four aspect,deepening the creation of understanding,improving the ability of application;perfecting function construction to serve students’ growth;strengthening content construction,enhancing the attractiveness of the job and scientific operation management and enhancing work performance.
