The positioning of vocational education has been further clarified at the national level,which is of great significance to the development of vocational education.Vocational education can be divided into vocational school education and vocational training.Vocational school education is mainly academic education,divided into elementary vocational education,secondary vocational education and higher vocational education according to age level.At present,secondary vocational education and higher vocational education are the main ones.Secondary vocational education mainly recruits students who have graduated from junior high school,and adopts a 2.5-year+0.5-year learning method,that is,2.5 years of learning cultural knowledge and skills in schools,and 0.5 years of internships in enterprises.As an important part of vocational education,secondary vocational education plays an indelible role in cultivating high-quality laborers and technical talents for the country.However,today’s secondary vocational education has shortcomings in terms of teaching and educating concepts,which cannot meet the demand for technical and skilled talents in today’s society.The author has 8 years of work experience as a class teacher in Suzhou S School.Students in secondary vocational schools generally have the following characteristics:Due to the long-term lack of encouragement from parents and teachers,they are sensitive,full of inferiority,lack of self-confidence,and dare not try new things.I always take a negative attitude and dare not face setbacks.Appreciation education is a kind of love education that is internalized in the heart and manifested in action,focusing on cultivating students’ positive learning state and an optimistic and cheerful attitude towards life.This method is suitable for class management in today’s secondary vocational schools and can effectively promote the cultivation of students’comprehensive qualities.This article takes appreciative education as the research object,combined with the actual situation of Suzhou S School,conducted questionnaire surveys and interviews with some teachers,obtained first-hand data,and after statistical analysis,unearthed the current problems in the implementation of appreciation education in secondary vocational class management.Find out the cause through multi-angle analysis,and try to put forward methods and countermeasures to solve the problem.This article mainly discusses from the following four parts:The first part:This article uses the literature method to understand the domestic and foreign research on the implementation of appreciation education in class management,and seeks the theoretical foundation of this article.The second part:Starting from the contradiction between students and schools in contemporary society,analyze the root causes of conflicts between students and schools and teachers,from the physical and mental development of students,the transformation of underachievers,the needs of class management,and the development of vocational education.The necessity and importance of implementing appreciation education in management.The third part:Based on the actual survey results of S school,analyze the current situation of implementing appreciation education in S school class management,point out the problems in class management,and dig deep to explore the reasons.The fourth part:to put forward the improvement opinions and suggestions for the existing problems,and in the subsequent implementation process,put forward the problems that should be paid attention to and the principles to be followed.At present,appreciation education is widely carried out in primary and secondary schools,and vocational schools use less.However,the author believes that due to the characteristics of students,appreciation education is more necessary to implement.It can effectively promote students’ enthusiasm and enhance students’ enthusiasm.Students learn about cultural knowledge,vocational skills,and professional qualities,but due to the restrictions of the school atmosphere and the management system of the head teacher,appreciation education has not been fully developed in the management of secondary vocational classes. |
