In recent years,the snack food industry has shown a vigorous development trend,especially at present,the consumer consumption level is constantly improving,and its consumption concept and consumption demand have changed obviously,which continues to drive the snack food industry to deepen its development.Also further intensified the industry market competition pressure.As a snack food enterprise,if it wants to occupy a favorable position in the increasingly severe industry market competition,it must attach importance to the formulation of its own marketing strategy,analyze the internal and external environment of marketing systematically,and constantly improve and perfect its own marketing strategy.Zhou Black Duck As a well-known brand in China’s leisure halogen products industry,with its own unique taste and business philosophy has been favored by market consumers,especially among young consumers,its brand image is well received inside and outside the industry.However,in the face of complex market situation,Zhou Black Duck Food Co.,Ltd.has faced many pressures and challenges in its management in recent years.Therefore,this paper takes Zhou Black Duck Food Co.,Ltd.as the specific research object,takes 4 P theory as the main analysis tool,based on the snack food industry market development,synthetically uses the pest analysis,the swot analysis,the five force model and so on analysis Zhou Black Duck Food Co.,Ltd.marketing external environment and the marketing internal environment analysis,emphatically analyzes its marketing link existence main question,can see,the present Zhou Black Duck Food Co.,Ltd.product structure still needs to optimize,exists the price is too high,the channel pertinence is not strong,the promotion propaganda insufficiency and so on question;This paper discusses its marketing strategy Make clear the marketing strategy target of different stages,put forward the concrete marketing strategy such as planning product structure,adjusting price flexibly,expanding marketing channel,carrying out characteristic promotion and so on,and carry out safeguard measures from organization,system,manpower and so on,finally ensure its marketing strategy can be carried out smoothly.This study can not only help Zhou Black Duck Food Co.,Ltd to solve its own practical marketing problems,put forward reasonable suggestions for its formulation and improvement of marketing strategy,and improve its market competitiveness.It can also provide enlightenment and reference for snack food enterprises to formulate and perfect their own marketing strategies.
