With the rapid development of society and economy,society and enterprises have gradually increased their requirements for talents in all fields,requiring vocational and technical practitioners to have high-level vocational skills and comprehensive abilities.Therefore,cultivating and improving the professional quality of secondary vocational students is an inevitable requirement of social and economic development.As the main position of cultivating professional talents,secondary vocational education has a long way to go.Although vocational education continues to improve the quality of talent training in the course of exploration and reform,judging from the fact that both schools and enterprises have reported that secondary vocational graduates cannot quickly meet the requirements of corporate positions when entering enterprises,the quality of vocational education and teaching still needs to be improved.The “1+X” certificate system implemented on a pilot basis in 2019 encourages students to actively obtain multiple types of vocational skill level certificates while obtaining academic certificates,expand employment and entrepreneurship skills,and alleviate employment conflicts.The implementation of this system has become an important opportunity to improve the quality of vocational education and teaching and break through the bottleneck of talent cultivation.Therefore,this research starts from the background of the pilot implementation of the"1+X" certificate system.Based on the investigation and analysis of the classroom teaching mode during the internship,problems are found,based on constructivism and humanistic learning theories,and "1+X" "The certificate system puts forward new requirements for the teaching of secondary vocational logistics professional courses.It integrates and innovatively applies existing teaching models,constructs a course certificate integration teaching model that is suitable for cultivating "1+X" talents,and conducts teaching practice.First,it elaborated on the research background and other contents,sorted out and summarized the related research literature;and defined related concepts of the two major keywords of "1+X" certificate system and teaching mode involved in the research.Among them,the concept of teaching mode The definition also focused on defining several existing typical teaching models,studying constructivism and humanistic learning theories,integrating and innovating existing teaching models for this article,and constructing a course certificate integration teaching that meets the requirements of the "1+X" certificate system.The model lays the theoretical foundation.Secondly,through questionnaire surveys,interviews and classroom observations,we investigate the current situation of the classroom teaching mode of secondary vocational logistics majors,and analyze the problems such as the single classroom teaching mode,the emphasis on theory and practice,and the lack of enthusiasm for learning among students.Analyze the important influence of the "1+X" certificate system on the professional development of secondary vocational logistics in guiding students’ career planning,improving the quality of talent training,and improving the quality of teachers in new vocational vocational schools,and clarify that the pilot “1+X” certificate system will affect secondary vocational schools.New requirements put forward in the teaching content,teaching links,classroom teaching mode and evaluation methods of logistics professional courses.Finally,follow the basic principles of the innovative application of the teaching model under the "1+X" certificate system,such as the combination of teacher-led and student subjects,online and offline integration,and the integration of documents and certificates to build a course certificate integration under the background of the "1+X" certificate system.Teaching mode.According to the application design of this teaching mode,the teaching practice is carried out in the internship class.After the course is over,the observation method and interview method are used to verify that the application of this teaching mode can improve students’ learning initiative,improve classroom interaction and teaching atmosphere,and be solid "1+X" certificate has obvious effects in assessing the knowledge points and skills of related projects and improving students’ satisfaction with the classroom,and teaching reflections on the actual application.In the context of the "1+X" certificate system,the innovative application of the secondary vocational logistics professional course teaching mode is expected to provide reference and guidance for the research and reform of the secondary vocational logistics professional course and related curriculum teaching mode.
