| With the development of The Times,micro-courses continue to penetrate into various fields and form different personalized micro-courses.Further in-depth exploration of personalized micro-courses in different fields is an important content of the research on sustainable development of micro-courses.At present,the country vigorously promotes the cultivation of skilled talents.With the arrival of the era of education information 2.0,information technology and education and teaching continue to be deeply integrated,and practical microcourses of skills have been rapidly developed.The young generation is the main receptor of practical skills and knowledge,and the proportion of the group receiving learning is gradually expanded after "00".Most of them are digital natives,who have higher requirements on the quality of learning media resources,and ordinary micro-course resources cannot effectively stimulate the interest in learning.During the epidemic period,the online learning method was widely popular,and the demand for teaching resources of micro-course of skill learning increased sharply.So,what is the pattern of skill formation among individuals? How to develop practical micro-courses of skills for different types of skills? How to carry out creative design for practical micro-courses? How to realize the rapid development of practical micro-class of skills? Therefore,from the combination of theory and practice,it is absolutely necessary to carry out systematic research on theory,design,development and application of practical micro-courses of skills.Through literature research,this study analyzes the concepts related to micro-lessons of practical skills,and clarifies the concepts of micro-lessons,skills,and micro-lessons of practical skills.Through the analysis of the micro class which won the National Creative Award and the first prize,the elements of creative design are summarized.On this basis,five principles of creative design for practical micro-courses of skills are proposed:(1)the principle of skill classification;(2)multi-dimensional promotion principle;(3)small step principle;(4)the principle of strengthening skills;(5)guiding the principle of imitation.Six strategies of creative design are put forward:(1)selecting creative creation means;(2)Design and creative micro lesson explanation;(3)adding creative sound effects;(4)design creative lens language;(5)skillfully use new social elements;(6)Flexible use of "six design".Finally,the creative design implementation scheme is put forward in three aspects: content,picture and sound.By reading a large number of literature and watching a large number of micro-course videos of practical skills,and combining with my own and my team’s rich experience in micro-course creation,this paper points out five key points of rapid development of practical skills micro-course:(1)carefully design course content and follow the law of skill formation to design micro-course teaching;(2)to understand the orientation,pay attention to guide students to understand the deep meaning of practical steps;(3)scientific and standard demonstration,correctly guide students to imitate the operation;(4)learnercentered,focusing on learners’ cognitive characteristics and learning styles;(5)timely feedback,according to the actual situation to update the micro lesson.At the same time,the author puts forward five strategies for the rapid development of practical skills micro-course:(1)learning from examples and integrating design;(2)good use of tools,twice the result with half the effort;(3)team development,cooperative creation;(4)make a good plan,efficient and orderly;(5)model guidance,clear steps.By analyzing and referring to ADDIE classic micro-lesson development model,FDD agile development model,SAM agile iteration model and skill-based micro-lesson development model,the rapid development model of practical skills micro-lesson is built.In this way,we can guide the rapid development and rapid iteration of practical micro-lessons.Based on the network media platform skills micro class works and literature review,the practical skills micro-course is divided into software operation skills based on computer,mobile phone and other screen operation skills and muscle movement operation skills.According to the difference of the two operation skills,three development forms of screen recording,actual shooting and animation simulation are put forward.According to different forms of development,the case development is carried out respectively,and the creative design and rapid development scheme are analyzed,and the key points of different forms of development are summarized.Finally,undergraduate students and teachers of secondary vocational schools were trained and promoted to verify the effectiveness of creative design strategy and rapid development mode of practical micro-courses.At the same time,the case micro-lessons will be participated in the competition,and the effectiveness of the technical scheme proposed in this research will be further verified through the feedback of the competition.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The practical operation content of different disciplines and specialties has its own characteristics,so when developing the practical operation micro course of skills,it is necessary to adopt the personalized development form to create flexibly according to different practical skills.(2)The skill teaching should be based on the understanding level,not only to explain the operation part of the skill,but also to pay attention to the conceptual knowledge of the skill,the explanation of the original knowledge.(3)Creative design should be divergent thinking,draw lessons from the principles and strategies of creative design,and flexibly integrate personalized creativity in combination with the actual topic selection,learners’ characteristics and needs.The creative design and rapid development mode of practical skills microcourse proposed in the study has certain guiding significance in practical application.In the follow-up research,we will continue to pay attention to the research and development of practical skills micro-course,and further optimize the creative design strategy and rapid development mode to guide the creation of other personalized micro-course. |
