Innovation is a prerequisite for national development and national rejuvenation.With the continuous deepening and development of our domestic academic-research collaborative innovation mechanism,the scientific research teams of local universities,as the main positions for universities to train scientific research talents and carry out scientific research work,play an irreplaceable role in accelerating national innovation and development.The improvement of the innovative behavior of university scientific research teams is scientific research.The output of team innovation results and the transformation and innovation of scientific and technological achievements of enterprise knowledge teams provide an important basis for improvement.In a university scientific research team,good leadership style promotes the improvement and development of team innovation behavior,and team members continue to make trial and error in the innovation process to provide necessary conditions for the shaping and development of team error perception.Based on leadership theory,error management theory,and motivation theory,this thesis builds a model of the influence mechanism of transformational leadership of university research teams on team innovation behavior,and explores the mediating role of error perception and the regulation of team motivation,transformational leadership and team innovation the influence between behaviors.This study first reads and combs relevant domestic and foreign research,clarifies the correlation between the research variables,and provides a theoretical basis for constructing a research model;secondly,it is based on the reliability and validity of the scale that has been verified by many researches and the characteristics of the university research team Adjust and design the questionnaire;conduct surveys of 15 university scientific research teams and 180 team members to collect data and information,carry out correlation analysis,regression analysis,and analysis of variance,etc.,to verify whether the research hypothesis is valid;finally proceed according to the data analysis results Discuss conclusions and give relevant suggestions for the management of scientific research teams in universities.The main conclusions of this research are as follows: transformational leadership is significantly positively correlated with team innovation behavior;transformational leadership is significantly positively correlated with the four dimensions of error perception;the four dimensions of error perception are significantly positively correlated with team innovation behavior.Error cognition has a significant mediating effect on the influence path of transformational leadership and team innovation behavior;team motivation is in the influence of error cognition on team innovation behavior There is no significant moderating effect in the relationship;when the team size is 15 or more,the performance of error perception is better.The goal of this research is to promote the shaping of transformational leadership styles of scientific research teams in universities and the cultivation of team error awareness.Encourage team leaders to use transformational leadership styles for team management in a targeted manner,and use the influence of error perception to promote team innovation.Leaders of scientific research teams in universities should be actively guided by scientific research results,continuously optimize team building,and promote the improvement of scientific research team’s error awareness. |
