| It is an important part for the evaluation of preschool education to evaluate young children,which is a necessary means to understand the suitability and effectiveness of education,adjust and improve the work of school,promote the development of young children and education.Non-verbal evaluation is one of the teachers’ evaluation.It not only directly affects the effect and quality of education evaluation,but also affects the children’s healthy.However,many studies indicates that the application of non-verbal evaluation in teaching activities is not optimistic.So it is significant to further study the non-verbal evaluation of preschool teachers in their teaching activities.This study analyzes and summarizes the evaluation of preschool teachers at home and abroad with the guidance of the relevant theories.This study analyzes the current situation,problems and influencing factors of teachers’ non-verbal evaluation in X kindergarten in Jilin city,and draws the following conclusions:The non-verbal evaluation objects of teachers in Jilin X Kindergarten are mainly individuals,mostly boys.Non-learning evaluation to children is more than learning evaluation,and the most of them are for children’s discipline.In terms of evaluation methods,teachers behave more positively rather than negatively mainly "nod" and"smile".In terms of evaluation results,children respond more positively than negative reactions,mainly with "joy" and "raise their hands".The non-verbal evaluation of teachers in the small class teaching activities of X Kindergarten in Jilin city is for individuals and mainly boys.Teachers have too much evaluation of children’s discipline and ignore the evaluation of children’s personality and behavior.Monotonous evaluation method and negative non-verbal evaluation could cause negative self-concept of children.The main factors affecting the non-verbal evaluation of teachers in the small class teaching activities of X Kindergarten in Jilin city are the lack of understanding the importance of non-verbal evaluation and relevant knowledge,teacher’s limited professional ability and characteristics.In addition,the neglect of kindergarten leaders towards the non-verbal evaluation in teacher teaching activities and the deficiency of relevant theoretical training are also significant factors to this.According to the above conclusions,suggestions for improving teacher’s non-verbal evaluation in small class teaching activities are as follows:Teachers should establish a correct view of children and evaluation.Teachers should have comprehensive and diverse evaluation methods.Teachers should reflect timely after the evaluation.(4)Kindergarten strengthens its support and attaches great importance to the cultivation of preschool teachers’ evaluation ability.(5)Kindergarten provides a variety of learning methods and ways for teachers. |
