The prosperity of the youth leads to the prosperity of the country,and the strong youth makes the country strong.Young college students are the future builders and successors of our country,as well as the practitioners of the Chinese dream,shouldering the historical mission of realizing the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,their growth and success is closely related to the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation,the quality of college students is directly related to whether the Chinese dream can be realized.Therefore,it is necessary for college students in the new era to be ideal,capable,and responsible newcomers of the era,so that they can take the initiative to shoulder the important task of realizing the Chinese dream,and through the education of the Chinese dream,young college students in the new era will realize their personal ideals in the practice of realizing the Chinese dream,and promote their better growth and success.On the basis of previous studies on the Chinese dream,this article uses literature analysis,logical analysis,and the combination of theory and practice,based on the social background of the new era and the current status of college students grow into talents.First defined the concept of Chinese dream,clarified the relationship between the growth and success of college students,summarized the current standards of our country and laid the foundation for the research on this topic.Secondly,analyzed the problems and challenges faced in the process of universities’ growth and success.There are not only the complexity of the ideological field,the disadvantages brought about by the network information,and the path of the Chinese dream publicity and education in colleges and universities need to be optimized.These challenges come from the outside,there are also some college students who have confused ideals and beliefs,weak sense of responsibility,fuzzy value orientation,and the enthusiasm for participating in practice needs to be improved and other internal issues.Thirdly,based on the realistic needs of college students to achieve the goal of growth and talent,it discussed what kind of leading role the Chinese dream has and what value it can play in promoting the growth and success of universities in the new era.Finally,the article is based on the Chinese dream,and based on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s exposition on the standards of newcomers in the era of "ideal,competent,and responsible",through the Chinese dream Education,the article promotes the recognition,identification and practice of the Chinese dream by the college students,and explored the path of the Chinese dream leading universities to grow into talents.In exploring the path through which the Chinese dream leads universities to grow into talents,the author takes the Chinese dream as the basis,takes a series of expositions on the Chinese dream by General Secretary Xi Jinping as the starting point,adheres to the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s theory on the growth of young talents in universities,and combines the new social background of our country in the era,by improving the educational methods and mechanisms of the Chinese dream,in terms of improving college students’ cognition,recognition and practice of the Chinese dream,it promotes the growth of contemporary universities into newcomers of the era with ideals,capabilities,and responsibilities,which in order to give full play to the role of college students in the practice of the Chinese dream.
