challenges.In the process of deepening reform and opening up,diversified cultural trends continue to affect college students’ Outlook on life and values.As young people in the new era,college students should aim high and devote their youth to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.However,due to the deviation of University inspirational education,some college students have some problems,such as the shaking of ideals and beliefs,the ambiguity of life aspirations and the weakening of life value.How to guide students to make good and long-term aspirations and strengthen their ideals and beliefs has become a big problem at present It is a new subject of students’ Ideological and political education.In the new era,the study of inspirational education for college students must take Xi Jinping’s new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics as the guidance,take the life aspirations of college students as the starting point,systematically comb out relevant concepts,value and distinctive features,and analyze the problems existing in the current college students’ inspirational Education,and actively explore the path of inspirational education for university students in the new era,and promote China’s ideological education.The transformation of Students From Heteronomy to self-discipline encourages them to be the first and work hard in practice.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of inspirational education for college students in the new era.First of all,the related concepts of inspirational education are briefly summarized.Through the definition of inspirational education and college students’ inspirational education,it is convenient to study the current situation of College Students’ inspirational education.Secondly,from the Marxist theory,Chinese excellent traditional culture and Western pedagogy,psychology to find the ideological origin of inspirational education of college students in the new era,to provide a theoretical basis for the research.Finally,this paper expounds the significance of College Students’ inspirational education in the new era from multiple perspectives,and indicates the important value of the times of studying college students’ inspirational education.The second part is the guiding ideology and distinctive characteristics of inspirational education for college students in the new era.This part,through clarifying the guiding position of Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with China’s characteristics in the new era,and thoroughly reading Xi Jinping’s important exposition on education and youth,studies the guiding ideology and distinctive characteristics of inspirational education for college students in the new era.First,based on the background of the new era,it adds a new era mark to inspirational education.Second,it is necessary to interpret the distinctive characteristics of University inspirational education in the new era to further reflect the characteristics of the times.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and problems of inspirational education in Universities in the new era.This part of the questionnaire samples and data analysis to grasp the overall basic situation of the survey.Through the analysis of the relevant data of the questionnaire,it is concluded that there is a good foundation for carrying out inspirational education in China,but there are also many problems.Based on the background of the times,combined with the psychological characteristics of college students,this paper makes a deep analysis of these problems,and comprehensively analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of college students themselves,educators,school education mechanism,social environment and family education,so as to lay a foundation for further research on ways to promote college students’ inspirational education.The fourth part is the effective way to promote the inspirational education of college students in the new era.College Students’ inspirational education is a systematic project.To carry out it,we should integrate all kinds of social resources,gather all forces,form a joint force of education,and work together for the growth of college students.Therefore,to promote the inspirational education of college students in the new era,we must base on the guiding ideology of the inspirational education of college students in the new era and the third part of the reason analysis,and explore the new path with the characteristics of the times from the optimization of school education,the development of off campus education and the guidance of college students to achieve self motivation.Through various forms,the school constantly optimizes the on campus education,integrates all kinds of off campus resources to carry out off campus education.In addition,it constantly guides college students to establish correct aspirations,carry out self motivation,and achieve growth and success.Only through multi-party cooperation can it create a good education scope and environment for college students’ growth and success.
