Based on the necessity and feasibility analysis of the development of traditional bow and arrow courses in colleges and universities,this paper further discusses the development of traditional Manchu bow and arrow courses in colleges and universities.It is hoped that micro-class teaching can be adopted in the traditional bow and arrow course teaching in college physical education classroom,so as to promote the development of college physical education teaching more comprehensive and diversified.This paper mainly discusses six parts by using the method of literature,field investigation and interview.The first part is the necessity and feasibility of the development of traditional bow and arrow course in colleges and universities,and discusses the role of traditional bow and arrow course in colleges and universities.The second part is the development of traditional archery course in colleges and universities,pointing out the teaching and development goals of traditional archery course.The third part elaborates the content development of traditional bow and arrow course in colleges and universities and points out the main teaching contents of traditional bow and arrow course.The fourth part analyzes the development of learning activities in the traditional bow and arrow course in colleges and universities and points out the main activities of the traditional bow and arrow course.The fifth part expounds the development of evaluation standard of traditional archery course in colleges and universities and points out the teaching evaluation content of traditional archery course.The sixth part analyzes the development of micro course teaching design of traditional bow and arrow course in colleges and universities,and discusses the specific design of micro course teaching of traditional bow and arrow course.Through the analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The adoption of micro-class teaching is an innovation of teaching mode,and it has a certain theoretical basis.Based on the cooperation between teachers,students and students,and between teachers and students,the adoption of group activity teaching mode is of great significance for teaching optimization.(2)In the process of learning traditional bow and arrow skills,micro-class learning can improve students’ motivation of active learning and learning effect.(3)Through the development of traditional bow and arrow courses,the physical quality of students can be effectively improved,and the micro-class teaching mode in the traditional bow and arrow teaching can more effectively improve the effect of the traditional bow and arrow teaching.Based on the above results,this paper proposes the following suggestions:(1)At the present stage,Chinese colleges and universities still have great deficiencies in the establishment of traditional micro-course teaching of bow and arrow,and there is still no complete and standardized system.Therefore,the resource library of traditional micro-course of bow and arrow should be constantly established and improved from various angles.(2)Enhance propaganda efforts.Through popularizing the traditional micro-course teaching of bow and arrow,its advantages are fully displayed,so that students can gradually form a good habit of using micro-course for learning,so as to stimulate their enthusiasm for learning.(3)In the process of physical education teaching,we should constantly innovate and optimize the teaching mode,and promote the application of micro lessons in the traditional bow and arrow teaching,so as to promote the reform of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.
