Research On Social Work Intervention To Strengthen The Trust Relationship Between Residents And Communities From The Perspective Of Community Development

Trust has always been the focus of people’s life and academic circles,and has also formed theoretical research from different perspectives.However,there are few researches on the combination of community development and trust,especially the research on community development and community trust.Residential community is residents and community,and residential community trust is the trust relationship between residents and community system.The community needs strong action and resilience,which requires the community residents to establish a solid trust relationship with the community.In this context,it is meaningful to study the intervention of community trust from the perspective of community development.Based on the perspective of community development,combined with the basic logic of Simmel’s trust theory,this paper studies how to strengthen the community trust relationship in L community.Through questionnaire and other measurement tools,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of community trust in L community,and uses the relevant theories of community development to provide intervention services.Through the intervention of social work,we can strengthen the personality trust and system trust.Finally,through the measurement and analysis,the service goal is basically achieved,and the intervention service plays a certain role in strengthening the community trust.For the long-term need to cultivate community system trust,this paper also studies and prospects,and finally puts forward the conclusion and summary of cultivating community system trust.
