Self-depletion is a common phenomenon among high school students, and this depletion state can promote high school students to change their behavior.Risk-taking behavior,as a possible result of self-depletion,affects high school students’ study, emotion and decision-making.To clarify the relationship between high school students’ self-depletion and risk-taking behavior, the paper concentrates on the process of high school students’ self-depletion affecting risk-taking behavior, and the moderating role of power feeling in the process of reward seeking affecting risk-taking behavior.Using the valid data of 498 senior high school students, this study measured the senior high school students by using E-crossing task, evaluation materials of reward seeking degree,Middle School Students’ Power Sense Scale compiled by Han Huifang, and Adolescent Risk Questionnaire-Risk Behavior Scale revised by Zhang Chen et al.The research results show that:1.There are significant gender differences in high school students’ total score of risky behavior, rebellious dimension, antisocial dimension, reckless dimension, total score of power sense and sense of control, indicating that boys in high school prefer more to engage in the risk-taking behavior than girls in high schools, and boys usually show more rebellious,anti-social and reckless tendencies in risky behavior. At the same time, compared with girls, boys have a higher sense of power, and boys are more willing to show their sense of power by controlling resources; There are no significant differences in the total scores of self-depletion,stimulus seeking, reward seeking, autonomy and sense of responsibility among senior high school students.2.There are significant differences in high school students’ total score of risk-taking behavior, antisocial dimension, stimulus seeking dimension, recklessness dimension, total score of power sense, sense of control dimension and sense of responsibility dimension, which shows that compared with those who do not work in class, those who work in class are more inclined to engage in risk-taking behavior, and those who work in class tend to show antisocial, stimulus seeking and recklessness in risk-taking behavior. At the same time, compared with the individuals who do not work in the class, the individuals who work in the class have a higher sense of power, and the individuals who work in the class are more willing to show their sense of power by controlling resources and taking responsibility. There are no significant differences in high school students’ self-attrition,treason,reward seeking and self-determination in class service.3.Self-depletion score is positively correlated with total risk-taking behavior score, rebellious dimension score, antisocial dimension score and reckless dimension score.Self-depletion score can positively predict the total score of risk-taking behavior, rebellious dimension, antisocial dimension and reckless dimension, which shows that with the increase of self-depletion level of high school students, the probability of risk-taking behavior will increase, and high school students are more inclined to show risk-taking tendency through rebellious, antisocial and reckless ways.4.Self-depletion score is positively correlated with the total score of reward seeking;Self-depletion score can positively predict reward and seek total score, which shows that with the increase of self-depletion level of high school students, their desire for reward will increase.5.The total score of reward seeking is positively correlated with the total score of risk-taking behavior and its dimensions. The total score of reward seeking can positively predict the total score and dimensions of risk-taking behavior, indicating that with the increase of individual desire for reward, the probability of risk-taking behavior will increase.6.The total score of power sense and all dimensions are positively correlated with the total score of reward seeking; The total score of sense of power and its dimension score can seek the total score of positive prediction reward. In the multiple regression of the sense of power dimension, the sense of control dimension has a significant contribution to the prediction of reward seeking scores. This dimension can positively predict reward seeking scores, indicating that with the improvement of high school students’ sense of power, their desire for rewards will increase.Among them, senior high school students are more inclined to prove their sense of power by controlling resources, thus increasing their desire for rewards.7.Reward seeking plays the intermediary role in the influence of self-depletion on risk-taking behavior: when the degree of self-depletion increases, reward seeking will increase, and then risk-taking behavior will increase with the increase of reward seeking.8.The sense of power plays the moderating role in the process of the influence of reward seeking on risk-taking behavior: when students have the higher power sense,he can choose more reward seeking stimulation than the individual with low sense of power, and then choose more risk-taking behavior; When the individual’s sense of power is low,the individual will choose less rewards to seek stimulation than the one with high sense of power, and then choose less risky behavior.
