Study On The Competitive Performance Of The Chinese Team In The Second Men’s Basketball World Cup

In the second men’s Basketball World Cup,China as a seeded team,stopped in the top 16 under the condition of favorable grouping,thus losing the qualification to participate in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,and had to make the final effort to win the Olympic qualification with wild card.Through the comparative analysis of the competitive ability of the Chinese men’s basketball team in this competition,this paper puts forward the improvement countermeasures and suggestions of the Chinese men’s basketball team’s technical playing methods,and makes full preparation for the next stage of the Olympic Games.Taking the competitive ability of Chinese men’s basketball team in the Second World Cup as the research object,this paper mainly uses the methods of literature,video observation,TOPSIS analysis to analyze the competitive ability of Chinese men’s basketball team in this world cup,make a real,objective and comprehensive evaluation,find out the problems and put forward the countermeasures.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of technology: On the offensive end,China’s offensive ability is lack,the attack means is single,especially in the high competition,the technical action deformation,resulting in poor quality of passing,low shooting rate,many mistakes,the defenders’ individual holding ability is slightly weak,in the encounter of the oppression of the defense after the passing quality is low,the shooting level is low,especially the level of three-point;Forward players lack the ability to attack the ball,mainly using off-ball movement and fast break to score,the means of a single,low penalty shot rate;As the core of the team,the center player has obvious offensive advantage,but his movement and physical strength are slightly inferior compared with his opponents.The free throw shooting rate and the number of errors are both big problems.On the defensive end,the outside players lose more rebounds because of their height disadvantage.The center player moves slowly and fouls more after the physical decline;(2)In terms of tactics:In the attack tactics,the most used by Chinese men’s basketball team is screen coordination,which has a higher success rate,followed by sudden distribution,which is the second most used in Chinese men’s basketball team besides screen coordination,which has the highest success rate and the most obvious effect,while the fast break coordination is the least used in Chinese men’s basketball team,Through comparison,it can be seen that the Chinese men’s basketball team makes more mistakes in the fast break cooperation,and the success rate is the lowest.In the defensive tactics,the tactics of making up defense,changing defense,double-clamping,closing the door and preventing the pick-and-roll are the most frequently used defensive tactics in the Chinese men’s basketball team.When facing different opponents,the effects are different,but it is least used in the coordination of encircle-center tactics,The reason is that the advantage of Chinese men’s basketball in the interior is relatively obvious,so it is usually individual defense,rarely form a double team;(3)Physically: the Chinese men’s basketball team has excellent height and arm span,but the Kleto index is low,lack of confrontation;(4)In the aspect of psychology: lacked the experience of the World Series,had poor mental quality in the match,could not deal with the adverse wind situation,and was obviously not fully prepared to deal with difficulties,especially not calm enough in the handling of the key ball;(5)Motor intelligence: the Chinese men’s basketball team player degree is uneven,only five players have a college degree,more than the rest of the players is professional leagues and the provinces and cities at all levels of sports schools selected.
