The kindergarten teachers' occupation identity refers to the situation in the current individual occupation,hold social value view,and are willing to experience the pleasure of teaching from the positive emotions.It includes the individual's understanding of the emotion,professional skills,professional pay,professional value and professional reputation of the preschool education profession itself,and the psychological representation of self satisfaction.The professional identity of kindergarten teachers not only promotes the professional development of teachers,but also relates to the development of preschool education and the quality of preschool education.The city of Xi'an as the core city of the northwest region,in the country to develop preschool education background,occupation identity of kindergarten teachers in Xi'an city is remarkable.Therefore,research the object of this study is to determine the kindergarten teachers in Xi'an City,in order to understand the status of kindergarten teachers'occupation identity and its relationship with social support,and from the society Support the perspective of an effective strategy to enhance the professional identity.This study selected 13 kindergartens in Xi'an of the 319 teachers as the research object,using "the kindergarten teachers' occupation identity questionnaire" and "social support rating scale" for status of the kindergarten teachers' occupation identity and its relationship with social support were investigated and interviewed selected 8 teachers in 13 kindergartens in the results:The overall level of the kindergarten teachers' occupation identity is medium,in the three dimensions of occupation identity,occupation of knowing the highest score,followed by the occupation force,the lowest score is the occupation benefit.In different demographic variables on the kindergarten teachers' occupation identity has significant difference.Among them,age,level of kindergarten teachers' occupation identity higher seniority and titles than age,seniority and titles lower scores of teachers;the kindergarten teachers' occupation identity of different educational background from high to low ranking for undergraduate education teachers;College and below"education teachers,graduate and above the level of teachers;in marital status married teachers' occupation identity is higher than unmarried teachers;the level of public kindergarten teachers' occupation identity than the level of teachers' occupation identity of private kindergartens in high wage work in water;pay The higher the level of teachers' occupation identity level higher.But the kindergarten teachers' occupation identity in the "class","the class" there are not significant differences between the two variables.This study also found that kindergarten teachers' social support level is medium,that kindergarten teachers in Xi'an can obtain satisfactory social support.The results of correlation analysis in the kindergarten teachers' occupation identity and social support have significant correlation.In this study,social support as predictive variables,through regression analysis after the discovery of social support can predict the change of twenty-one point three percent teachers' occupation identity of the kindergarten,and the scores of social support level,there are significant differences in the kindergarten teachers' occupation identity.In general,the society support to the higher level of teachers' occupation identity of kindergarten is higher.According to the questionnaire and interview results,the author thinks that we should to improve the level of teachers' occupation identity of kindergarten from the following three aspects:Firstly,strengthen macro-control of the relevant government departments to improve the social status of teachers in kindergarten;Secondly,kindergarten increase the humane care,and optimize the management system;Thirdly,the teachers should give full play to the initiative,positive reflection clearly,the essence of preschool education,occupation development plan and formulate reasonable.
