This research mainly USES the literature material method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,selection of AIS stretching method,PNF stretching method and research more popular tradition stretching method(static stretching and dynamic stretching)three methods of stretching,32 non-professional sports male college students group respectively for 8 weeks of shoulder,hip muscles stretching training,the experimental group respectively for AIS stretching training,PNF stretching training and traditional training for tensile(static + dynamic)compared with no stretch training.while the control group received no stretching training.The data needed in this study were measured by the corresponding measuring instruments,and then the experimental data were sorted out and statistically analyzed to provide corresponding data support for this experiment.The purpose of this study is to compare the differences in the influence of different stretching methods on the flexibility of male college students’ shoulders and hip joints,hoping to provide reference for the stretching methods used by male college students in sports activities,teachers in preparation activities before class or after class relaxation.Through comparative analysis of the test indicators of each group,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)PNF stretching method,AIS stretching method and traditional stretching method all have significant differences in the influence on the flexibility of shoulder and hip joint of male college students,which is specifically reflected in the increase of the Angle of shoulder and hip joint activity and the shortening of the distance from the ground of the cross fork.Experiments have proved that stretching can effectively promote the improvement of the flexibility of shoulder and hip joint.(2)The results of shoulder joint flexibility test showed that there were significant differences between the traditional stretching group,the AIS stretching group and the PNF stretching group,while there was no significant difference between the PNF stretching group and the AIS stretching group.The experiment proved that compared with the traditional stretching method,PNF stretching method and AIS stretching method have better effect on improving the flexibility of male college students’ shoulder joint.(3)The results of hip joint flexibility test showed that there were significant differences between the PNF stretching group,the AIS stretching group and the traditional stretching group,especially the left and right hip flexion results were more significant,while there was no significant difference between the AIS stretching group and the traditional stretching group.The experimental data proved that PNF stretching method was more effective than AIS stretching method and traditional stretching method in improving hip joint flexibility of male college students.(4)Although the experimental results show that the three stretching methods can improve the flexibility of male college students’ shoulder and hip joint,each stretching method has its own characteristics and should be used reasonably and flexibly.
