The amplitude of the flexible quality refers to the human body joint activities and across the joint ligament, tendon, muscle groups such as flexibility and the ability to stretch.The development of flexible quality is through the active and passive flexible flexible methods in one of two ways.In recent years, about various stretching exercises influence on flexible quality has become a hot problem in the research of home and abroad.At present, most of the researchers on the study of flexible quality will stretch of the related research focus on the different way of stretching for joint activities and the influence of the different ways of drawing on the impact on the quality of the flexible, but rarely discuss the different drawing according to the combination of a particular muscle group in the form of stretching analysis, and the optimal combination.In view of this, this study aims to share for athletes after muscle flexibility to provide scientific and precise guidance, as well as for the future of teaching and training to provide the theoretical basis of the scientific and objective of teaching training for teachers and coaches provide better guidance.In this paper, the methods of experimental method, data statistics, comparison and a series of track and field in tianjin institute of physical education training special 30 secondary male athlete as the object, conducted a series of different tensile experiment, and the differences of comparison between various combinations and stretch.In this paper, the following main conclusions:(1).After six groups after stretching mode of the hip joint Angle change, found six combinations stretching mode can improve the flexibility of the muscle group after, help you to develop flexible quality.Stretching- static stretching- PNF stretching vibration that a group of the change of the sequence of the hip Angle increase was most pronounced.Followed by PNF stretching to static stretching, stretching and static stretching vibration to PNF stretching, stretching vibration. Followed by static stretching- stretching vibration- PNF stretching and stretching to PNF stretching, static stretching vibration is the least obvious PNF stretching and stretching, static stretching vibration.(2).The combination of static tension and PNF tension is significant to improve the flexibility of the posterior muscle group.
