Research purposes:To explore the muscle strength characteristics of the knee and ankle joints of basketball college athletes,in this thesis, the indicators obtained through the isokinetic myocardial strength test of knee and ankle joints were statistically processed and analyzed to obtain the force characteristics and rules of the subjects and the strength distribution characteristics of muscles around the knee and ankle joints. It could provide theoretical basis for basketball college athletes to better conduct professional training and prevent the occurrence of lower limb joint sports injuries.Research methods:Ten college students majoring in public management and ten college basketball players were randomly selected from the Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University. They are all male. The CON-TREX isokinetic muscle strength test system was used to test the isokinetic myocardial strength of the knee and ankle joint muscles of basketball college. The main test indicators were peak torque, relative peak torque,flexion-extension ratio and average power. The test speeds of the knee and ankle joints were 60°/s and 180°/s.Research results:(1)The results of isokinetic centripetal test of the knee and ankle joints of college basketball players showed that the peak torque and relative peak torque of the flexor and extensor muscle groups decreased with the increase of angular velocity, and the average power increased with the increase of angular velocity; The flexion-extension ratio of the joint tended to increase with the increase of angular velocity.(2)The ratio of ankle dorsiflexion to toe flexion-extension of college basketball players increased with the increase of angular velocity, which showed the special characteristics of basketball.(3)When the test speed was 180°/s,the difference in the muscle strength of the knee joint flexor and extensor muscle groups on both sides of college basketball players was significant, and the average power difference of the knee joint flexor muscle groups on both sides and the ankle joint toe flexor muscle groups was also significant.(4)The flexion-extension ratio of the knee muscles of college basketball players, the ankle dorsiflexion toe flexion-extension ratio, and the knee and ankle joints with the same name heterolateral muscle strength ratio were all within the normal range, but the flexion-extension ratios on both sides of the knee joint were significantly different.(5)College basketball players’ knee and ankle flexor and extensor muscles have developed well, and they can adapt to strong antagonistic sports and coordinate with the upper limb joints to complete breakouts and layups during the game, satisfying the characteristics of basketball sports with strong antagonism, high skill and large amount of exercise.Analysis conclusion:According to the biomechanical characteristics of the knee and ankle joints of college basketball players, the rapid muscle strength of the non-dominant side flexors and extensors of the knee joint and the ankle toe flexor group should be improved, which can improve the stability of the knee and ankle joint and avoid sports injuries.
