Research On The Development Of Technical Talents Training In Beijing Tianjin Hebei Ski Resort Under The Background Of Winter Olympic Games

Through unremitting efforts,China successfully bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games,which is an opportunity for China to further develop domestic ice and snow sports,but also a sign of China’s gradual progress toward a strong ice and snow sports.Only by seizing this hard-won opportunity and making the Winter Olympics better can we truly show our comprehensive strength and raise our country’s international status on the complicated international stage.For the development of skiing,the construction and maintenance of ski resort is the most basic condition,without the healthy and orderly ski resort,all is empty talk,and ski resort science and Technology Talent,is the key to the operation of ski resort.Due to the late start of ski cause in China,there is a shortage of technical talents in ski area,and the training system has not been completed.Guided by the research on the development of technical personnel training in the Beijing-tianjin-hebei ski resort in the context of the Winter Olympic Games,and in the context of the preparation of the beijing-tianjin-hebei Winter Olympic Games,this paper makes a thorough study of the basic situation of technical personnel in the beijing-tianjin-hebei ski resort,actively find problems and put forward solutions to further promote the beijing-tianjin-hebei and even China’s ski resort technical talent resources development and training,the establishment of beijing-tianjin-hebei ice and Snow Ski Resort Technical Talent Team,promote the sustainable development of talent training mode reform,better promote the development of ice and snow sports.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part of the main topic of the background of the Times,the purpose and significance of the topic,the core concept,the relevant theoretical basis and domestic and foreign research.The second part determines the research object,selects 8 ski resorts in beijing-tianjin-hebei area to study the technical personnel constitution situation and the training present situation of their ski resorts.The research methods are questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation and expert interview.The third part is the research result and the analysis,through the investigation result,to the beijing-tianjin-hebei ski resort technique talented person Constitution present situation,namely talented person age,the educational background situation;The working state of technical talents in beijing-tianjin-hebei ski resort is summarized and analyzed,that is,their working attitude and their future career planning.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the training of technical talents in beijing-tianjin-hebei ski resort has the following problems: low ability and quality,unscientific training mode,imperfect training management system,and need to be strengthened.These problems,to a certain extent,affect the training of Ski Resort Technical Personnel,hindered the sustainable development of China’s ice and snow sports.In the light of the problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for training technical talents in Beijing-tianjin-hebei ski resort:Attaching Importance to the role of schools.To provide high-quality personnel,constantly improve the training system of ski resort technical personnel,constantly improve the ski resort technical personnel management system,constantly improve the ski resort technical personnel training system.The fourth part is the conclusion and the suggestion,has explained the present situation,the question,the countermeasure which the beijing-tianjin-hebei ski resort technical personnel raises accurately succinctly.
