Research On The Realistic Predicament And Countermeasure Of School Sports Development In Guanzhai Township,Julu County,Hebei Province Under The Background Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

on poverty alleviation in the poverty theory Fu Zhi first,poverty alleviation and will Fu Zhi important concept,aimed at poverty alleviation centre of gravity is tilted in the direction of education in the poor areas,improvement of basic education development is not balanced situation,promote the development of basic education in poor areas.Education is the important areas for poverty alleviation,the sports as an important part of education,sports poverty alleviation in the poverty alleviation system occupies a unique position,important for underpinning the decisive battle for poverty alleviation,develop the sports,to develop the school sports is a very important part of the current road for poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation and experience tells us that the sports for win a positive role in promoting poverty alleviation,to prevent "because of sickness poor,Chinese due to illness" phenomenon,the adolescent physical and mental health and the national long-term development of strategic significance.But even so,in the education poverty alleviation system,school sports poverty alleviation may be slightly thin,due to poor areas people feudal thought serious,backward education idea and other subjective factors,combined with the lack of school physical education teachers,lack of space equipment,sports objective factors such as the allocation of resources is not reasonable,lead to the slow process of the development of school sports in poverty-stricken areas.This paper aims to explore the realistic difficulties encountered in the development of school physical education in poor areas under the background of targeted poverty alleviation,and to make relevant countermeasures and analysis according to the challenges and difficulties faced by the development.In this paper,the stag county school sports development present situation and existing problems as the research object,in view of the stag county village township five elementary schools as investigation object,mainly by the methods of on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,for the stag county view village township school sports resource allocation problem,the supervision and administration of the school sports organizations,sports teachers’ and students’ sports cognition and behavior aspects such as investigation analysis,and study of existing problems put forward relevant countermeasures.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Under the guidance of the targeted poverty alleviation policy,school physical education in Guanzhai Township gradually develops in a standardized way,and the allocation of physical education resources is constantly updated and improved.School leaders and physical education teachers in Guanzhai Township actively approach the policy,which plays a positive leading role in the sound development of school physical education in Guanzhai Township.However,as a whole,the allocation of school physical education resources and the supervision and management of school physical education in Guanzhai Township need to be further improved.(2)With the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation policy,the overall concept of physical education in Guanzhai Township has gradually changed.From school leaders,physical education teachers to students’ parents and students,their sports behavior and awareness have been developed to a certain extent.Affected by poverty,it has a great impact on the local people’s ideas.It needs a period of transition and development to completely transform the concept of sports.(3)There are still some security risks in the development of school sports in Guanzhai Township.Due to the influence of these factors,the development of school sports training and extracurricular sports activities is limited.(4)The poor environment in the early period has created the good character of physical education teachers who are hard working and brave to innovate.On this basis,with the help of targeted poverty alleviation policy,the development of school sports in Guanzhai Township will usher in new development opportunities(5)At present,China has achieved a comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty.Under such a big development background,vigorously developing school sports has become the current development trend.Aiming at the problems faced by the development of school sports in Guanzhai Township,the following countermeasures are put forward: broadening the source of funds,setting up and allocating sports special funds reasonably;Seconded full-time physical education teachers from other schools;Strengthen PE teachers’ professional skills training;The superior departments should strengthen the supervision of physical education in all schools and schools;Sports items will be included in the scope of students’ entrance examination,reducing the proportion of exam-oriented education;The higher level government,together with schools and social forces,jointly strengthen the sports culture atmosphere.
