Research On The Innovation Of Ideological And Political Work Of College Students Under The Cultivation Of New People Of The Times

Our country is a socialist country under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,which determines that the fundamental mission of our education must be to train builders and successors who support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system and are determined to devote their lives to the socialist cause.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.This is a new juncture in China’s history.In this context,"training new people who are responsible for national rejuvenation" answers the historical mission of "what kind of people should be trained" to accomplish the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.Higher education is an important link in personnel traini ng,and it is an important task of higher education in the new era to train college students into new people of the times.Entering the new era,the principal contradiction of Chinese society has become the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.In accordance with the transformation,the demands of college students for their own growth and accomplishment have also changed in the new era.The contradiction between the demands of col lege students’ growth and accomplishment and the unbalanced development of the ideological and political work of college students has become the main contradiction of the ideological and political work of college students in the new era.Therefore,how to base on the new situation and changes of the ideological and political work of contemporary college students and promote the innovation of the ideological and political work of college students around the training of new people has become a crucial subject of the ideological and political work of college students.Based on the specific requirements of cultivating the new generation and the status quo of the ideological and political work of college students under the goal of the new generation training,this paper discusses how to promote the innovation of the ideological and political work of college students.The paper consists of five parts:The introduction part mainly explains the origin and significance of the research,literature review at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,main innovation points and research shortcomings,etc.The first chapter is the definition of the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of the elaboration;The second chapter briefly reviews the process of ideological and political work of college students since the founding of new China.In addition,this chapter also discusses the connotation and characteristics of new man of the times and the great significance of training.The third chapter mainly analyzes the new requirements for the ideological and political work of college students,as well as the prominent problems and causes of the current ideological and political work of college students;The fourth chapter based on the previous discussion,discusses the specific path of innovation of ideological and political work of college students under the cultivation of new people of the times,including innovating the system and mechanism,concept,content and method of ideological and political work.
