| Entering a new era,China’s higher education has been developing continuously,and with the expansion of college enrollment,the number of graduates has also increased.In recent years,the problem of difficult employment has become a hot topic in society,and the public has paid more attention to the employment of college graduates.At the same time,in recent years,there has been a problem of high resignation rate of college students,which is closely related to college students’ employment satisfaction,while employment satisfaction is closely relevant to employment performance.The employment environment and the employees themselves play an important part in the aspect of improving the environment performance of college graduates.The main research problem of this study is to explore how the individual career affects the employment performance.After studying and combing the related literature of career exploration,career self-efficacy,employment performance and active personality,this study builds a relationship model between career exploration,career self-efficacy and employment performance based on historical research results and research theories,and puts forward research hypotheses among variables,pointing out the direction for the following research.In this paper,474 valid questionnaires were collected in the form of online and offline questionnaires.Firstly,the influence of characteristic variables on the main variables was analyzed,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaires were analyzed by statistical software SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0.Secondly,regression analysis was made on the main variables,which verified the positive influence of career exploration on employment performance,career exploration on career self-efficacy and career self-efficacy on employment performance,confirming the mediating role of career self-efficacy between career exploration and employment performance,and the moderating role of active personality between career exploration and careerBased on the above analysis and theoretical model,this paper puts forward suggestions to countries,universities and individuals from the perspectives of career exploration,self-efficacy and active personality.First,we must increase the intensity of professional exploration and enhance the sense of professional self-efficacy;Second,we must enhance professional initiative and improve professional self-efficacy;Third,we should enhance self-efficacy and improve employment performance. |
