The Characteristics Of College Athletes ’ Basketball Punishment And The Influencing Factors Of Hit Rate Qualitative Research

In competitive basketball,athletes rely on their athletic performance to win the game,but the acquisition of athletic performance is inextricably linked to the athlete’s shooting percentage.As the basketball teams of various colleges and universities have the same level of strength at this stage,it is difficult to widen the gap in scores.Especially in the late game,free throws have become one of the most important means of scoring athletes,and the free throw percentage also directly determines the trend of the game and the outcome of the game.At this stage,there are more quantitative researches on the influencing factors of free throws,but fewer qualitative researches,especially the related researches on the characteristics of free throws.This research mainly uses the feedback of college athletes on free throws in the game,and further explores the characteristics of free throws and the key factors affecting the shooting rate of college athletes,and further explores training methods suitable for athletes to free throws,so as to improve the penalties of college basketball players in my country.The overall strength of the basket hit rate.This research adopts semi-structured interviews to further form exploratory research.By exploring the characteristics of free throws and the most critical influencing factors of college athletes,it proposes more appropriate improvement measures and contributes to the development of college basketball in our country.This study conducted a "purposive sampling" interview from a sports university in Beijing.The interviewees were sampled from the four grades of the university.Each grade selected 4 students(male2 and female 2)and a total of 16 interview samples.The average age is 21±1.71 years old.Adopt one-to-one interviews,record the interview information in the form of audio recording,and then transcribe it into text data and store it in a word file.Use NVivo11.0 software for data analysis,use three-level coding and establish tree nodes to encode The similarities and differences of the reference points under the same node of the personnel are used to calculate the consistency within and between the coders.The consistency coefficient within the coders is 0.925,and the consistency coefficient between the coders is 0.923,both of which are the reliability of the research.good.The research results show that:(1)Modern college basketball players ’ free throws have the characteristics of autonomy,difference,pertinence,diversity and purpose.Among them,the purposeful performance is the most prominent.There are 16 sources of materials and a total of 111 reference points.(2)The influencing factors of college students’ free throw percentage include internal factors and external factors.The internal factors include athletes ’ free throw techniques and their own psychological factors.A total of 15 sources of materials and 92 reference points were generated,of which 16 sources of psychological quality factors were generated,and a total of 51 reference points were generated.External factors include the game atmosphere,the nature of the game,audience shouting,online public opinion,training environment,referee misjudgments,tactical arrangements,pressure from opponents,and score gaps.In the external environment,the on-site audience shouting has the greatest impact on athletes’ free throws.There are 9 sources of material and 11 reference points in total.Through in-depth analysis of the above research results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Now college students’ free throw games have the characteristics of independence,difference,pertinence,diversity,and purpose,especially in the purpose of being more prominent,mainly manifested in the players’ eagerness to reduce the score gap,winning the game and achieving recognized goals Motivational orientation.(2)The influencing factors that affect the free throw shooting rate of college students can be divided into internal factors and external factors.Among the internal factors,the instability of the athlete’s psychological quality is more obvious,which is mainly manifested in the emotional tension of the athletes handling key balls;external factors Middle athletes are greatly affected by the audience on the spot,leading to inattention and reduced hit rate...
