ABSTRCT Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.In recent years,the state has implemented a series of positive employment policies and raised funds for employment through multiple channels,which has played an important role in expanding employment and maintaining social stability.People’s livelihood is linked to people’s hearts,and people’s hearts are related to the prosperity of the country.The employment fund is set up to promote employment and ensure people’s livelihood.Strengthening the management and use of special funds for employment is the key to implementing the country’s positive employment policy,and is an important basis to ensure the steady economic development,smooth reform and social harmony and stability.Therefore,the performance evaluation of special funds for employment is of great significance.Combined with the characteristics of C city employment environment and existing national policy,in learning,on the basis of learning relevant theories and research results at home and abroad,and the actuality of X county job security and special funds performance evaluation were analyzed,and found that the existing performance evaluation of X county employment special funds performance evaluation indicators are correlated with the current policy,the performance evaluation system of performance evaluation object limitation,use process there is a deviation,the use of evaluation results after effect to improve the problems.Through the cause analysis,according to the requirements of the funding long-term operation and local actual,through using the method of questionnaire method,the balanced scorecard,from the service object,index design,cutting Suggestions to optimize the use of multiple perspectives,the evaluation results of X county’s employment of special funds performance evaluation is studied and improvement of its performance evaluation,in order to solve the existing problems and effectively raise the use efficiency of funds.It is hoped that the individual research can provide reference for the performance evaluation of the special fund for employment at the city and county level,so as to promote the optimization of the performance evaluation system of the special fund for employment in China.
