| Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Liaoning Province,as an important old industrial base in my country,has made major contributions to the country’s construction.However,affected by multiple factors such as scientific and technological progress,depletion of natural resources,and environmental protection requirements,the irrationality of the industrial structure of Liaoning Province has become prominent,and economic growth has been slow.The coordination and matching of talent structure and industrial structure is an objective law of economic development.The status of coordination and adaptation is directly related to the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure.If the two cannot achieve coordinated matching,it will inevitably hinder the pace of industrial structure adjustment in Liaoning Province.Therefore,in the adjustment of Liaoning’s industrial structure,only the corresponding optimization and coordination of the talent structure can play the supporting role of talents in industrial development.Based on the synergy analysis theory and system coupling theory in management,this paper conducts research on the coordinated matching of the talent structure and industrial structure in Liaoning Province,so as to ensure the sustainable development of Liaoning’s economy.First of all,by combing relevant domestic and foreign literature,the key concepts of talent structure,industrial structure and coordination and matching degree are sorted out and defined,and the transmission path of talent structure affecting industrial structure transformation and upgrading is summarized,and Comparing the current status of talent structure and the industrial structure in Liaoning Province with other advanced provinces(municipalities directly under the Central Government),it is found that Liaoning Province has such problems as the adjustment of the talent structure lags behind the optimization of the industrial structure,and the mismatch between the talent structure and the industrial structure;secondly,based on the theoretical analysis,the talent structure is divided into the four sequential links of input-generation-configuration-utility are connected with the division of the industrial structure into two levels of structure scale and structure quality.34 indicators are selected to establish an evaluation index for the coordination and matching degree of the talent structure and the industrial structure system.Third,a calculation method for the quantification of the coordination and matching degree of the talent structure and the industrial structure has been established,that is: establishing an efficacy function-establishing a fitness function-determining the weight of the evaluation index-determining the classification standard of the coordination and matching degree-determining the coordination and matching degree.Finally,a corresponding empirical analysis was made on the degree of the coordination and matching between the talent structure and industrial structure in Liaoning Province,and based on the conclusions drawn from the empirical analysis,in order to optimize the talent structure,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the four links.The main contribution of this paper is to compare and analyze the lagging provinces-Liaoning Province and the other five advanced provinces(municipalities)through the establishment of an evaluation model suitable for the coordination and matching of the talent structure and industrial structure.According to the research,it is found that the overall coordination matching degree of Liaoning Province’s talent structure and industrial structure is 4,which is a low degree of maladjustment,which is lower than the five major comparative advanced provinces(municipalities),and the level of coordination degree of Liaoning Province in each link is also compared Low,which seriously hinders the coordinated development of Liaoning’s talent structure and industrial structure. |
