Research On The Status Quo Of Home-school Cooperation In Vocational Schools Assisted By New Media

In order to learn better at school for vocational school students and to better integrate into society when they go to work in the future,teachers and parents should have more exchanges and communication to form educational synergy.At last vocational schools students can grow up healthily and happily.In recent years,home-school cooperation has become a hot issue in education reform,which has aroused the attention of educators and parents.During the epidemic period,internet-based teaching has become the main position for "suspension without suspension".At the same time,the new media platform has gradually become the home-school cooperation platform of Taizhou Secondary Vocational Schools in Jiangsu Province.Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,this paper finds that most parents and teachers realize the importance of home-school cooperation and new media are more and more favored by parents and teachers because of its interactivity,multi-media and equality,The new media has brought great opportunities for home-school cooperation.However,parents and some teachers do not know how to make their thoughts and actions act equally.Although they recognize the importance of home-school cooperation,there is in fact a lack of effective communication between parents and teachers;Parents’ participation in students’activities is limited to superficial activities,lack of in-depth home-school cooperation.Parents for various reasons,they seldom attend the home-school cooperation;The new media platform also brings the limitation of the alienation of application effect in home-school cooperation,such as disturbing students’ attention,weakening students’self-consciousness and increasing teachers’ burden.In view of the existing problems and the cause analysis,the author puts forward the application strategy in promoting the new media in the home-school cooperation from four aspects:school,teachers,parents and multimedia platform.First of all,the school should change the concept of education,invite parents to participate in school education and teaching activities and school policy decisions,and increase the development and publicity of new media platform.Secondly,teachers should improve their professional quality and play a guiding role in home school cooperation;Teachers should adopt a correct attitude towards home-school co-operation and make full use of the rich resources of parents.Thirdly,parents should enhance their educational concepts,clarify their responsibilities and take the initiative to participate in Home-school Co-operation.Lastly the integration of new media and traditional teaching co-operation methods should be strengthened,perfect the new media;Enrich the functions of the new media,integrate the new media;Promote home interaction,make up for the new media;Create harmonious teacher-student relationship,standardize the new media;Protect the privacy of students,give full play to the role of the new media platform in the home-school cooperation.Through these activities,we can promote the healthy and harmonious growth of vocational school students.
