| Universities are the frontier positions of ideological work,and the effectiveness of moral education is the basic standard to test all the work in colleges and universities.As the main position of talent training,universities should take courses as an important starting point to carry out ideological and political education throughout the whole process of education and teaching,and build a pattern of "full staff,full course and all-round" education.In recent years,universities in Heilongjiang Province have been innovating and developing in theoretical exploration and practical exploration of curriculum ideological and political construction,and have built a curriculum ideological and political construction system with Longjiang characteristics,but there is a lack of corresponding evaluation on the actual effect of curriculum ideological and political construction.From the perspectives of schools,teachers and students,this study uses qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the current situation and effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political construction in Heilongjiang Province,aiming to provide theoretical research and practical exploration reference for the development of curriculum ideological and political construction in universities in Heilongjiang Province and even the whole country.First,the research literature related to the ideological and political construction of the curriculum at home and abroad is systematically sorted out,the current academic research process on the ideological and political construction of the curriculum is clarified,and the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the ideological and political construction of the curriculum are explained and defined.Second,from the top design,management mechanism,curriculum system,team construction,teaching reform,teaching evaluation,teaching research,the curriculum ideological and political construction of Heilongjiang Province demonstration universities,summarize the relevant excellent experience;Third,through the questionnaire of heilongjiang university course education effectiveness evaluation,including ideological elements into the degree of evaluation,cognitive situation analysis of the course education between teachers and students,teachers and students on the course education of emotional attitude,students’ ideological and political will to analysis and behavior analysis of teachers in curriculum education,and from three aspects: school,teacher,student to survey course education influence factors;Fourthly,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems found in the research.To improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,we should adhere to the leadership of the Party committee and strengthen the top-level design.The Party committee should lead the establishment of the leading group of the special work of ideological and political construction of the curriculum and the committee of ideological and political reform of the curriculum.All departments and colleges should keep up with the pace of the Party committee and cooperate with the education to implement and promote the ideological and political construction of the curriculum.The departments at all levels should work together to construct the ideological and political education field of the curriculum,and make it clear that the ideological and political education of the curriculum is not only the task of the teachers,but the responsibility of all the members of the school,including the school leaders,teachers,counselors,departments and colleges.Taking the lead of ideological and political courses,combining the historical background and bringing forth the new,taking ideological and political course reform as the core,public basic courses,specialized courses and practical courses as the "trinity",closely arranged,forming a "big ideological and political" pattern of the whole course education;Public basic courses assume the function of educating people and remove the "isolated island" status of ideological and political courses;Give full play to professional advantages,deeply explore ideological and political elements,and strengthen the role of professional courses in education while imparting knowledge,so as to realize value guidance;Practical courses play an educational role,pay attention to the unity of knowledge and practice,combine theory with practice,and promote the further integration of explicit education and implicit education. |
