| This article is entitled "Research on Xunzi’s Educational Philosophy".It is based on Xunzi’s thoughts about education,and examines its characteristics and its internal systemic relations from the perspective of"philosophy".Man is the subject of education and education.Xunzi’s theory of human nature is the basic theory of educational philosophy.Based on this,this article selects the theory of human nature,teleology and methodology as the fulcrum of Xunzi’s educational philosophy.As a representative of the late Confucianism in the Warring States Period,Xunzi has its origins in the theory of human nature.To explore Xunzi’s theory of human nature,we must trace back the influence of Confucianism and the thoughts of one hundred schools in the late Warring States Period.Therefore,the research on Xunzi’s theory of human nature is based on the origin of Xunzi’s educational philosophy.The determination of human nature determines the basic attributes of the education object,and the determination of the basic attributes of the education object will generate educational purposes based on this.Based on the needs of feudal rule,such as"human goodness",then the educational purpose is "to promote goodness and hold good";if "human evil",then the educational purpose is "to suppress evil,to be good" and then "change evil to good".Therefore,the discussion of"educational purpose" in Xunzi’s educational philosophy is the right thing to do.Under the premise of determining the attributes of the subject of education and the purpose of education,just as the starting point and the ending point have been determined,the path is the third major factor for discussion.Therefore,the educational methodology is the third point of this article.At the teleological level of educational philosophy,it is mainly divided into two parts:the purpose of education to the individual,that is,to the person,and the purpose of education to the whole,that is,to the country.At the individual level,it can be divided into learning for scholars,learning for hypocrites and learning for saints.It not only clarifies the level of education on the individual,but also clarifies how education functions on the individual level and achieves the goal.At the national level,combined with Xunzi’s political thought,it is clear that education is the foundation of the prosperity of the country and the way to the prosperity of the country.This article discusses "Research on Xunzi’s Educational Philosoph y",which is to analyze from the origin of Xunzi’s educational philoso phy,the teleology of educational philosophy,and the methodology of educational philosophy.In terms of the origin of educational philosop hy,this article discusses the construction and foundation of Confucian educational philosophy of Confucianism from the background of the times,combined with Xunzi’s study tour of His Majesty’s Palace,and expounds the historical and social background and ideas of Xunzi’s educational philosophy origin.At this point,this paper clarifies the origin of Xunzi’s educational thought,the purpose of educational philos ophy and the method of educational philosophy.Xunzi’s philosophy of education can be three-dimensional,multi-level presentation.The teleological level of educational philosophy is divided into in dividual level and national level.On the individual level,learning for scholars,learning for gentlemen,and learning for saints is the purpo se of educational philosophy set by Xunzi.At the national level,Xun zi further developed the pre-Qin Confucian ideas on the relationship between education,politics,and economics,hoping to shape a great unified kingship through education.He believes that education is the foundation of rejuvenating the country and the only way to the pros perity of the country.In terms of the methodology of educational philosophy,Xunzi put forward the moral education from the perspective of intellectual educ ation,taking into account the different needs of cultivating scholars,gentlemen,and saints,and exerting the role of aesthetic education on the basis of knowledge and virtue.This chapter will comprehensively explain Xunzi’s education methods from three levels:intellectual education,moral education,and aesthetic education.The first part is the method of intellectual education,combined with Xunzi’s philosop hical thoughts on epistemology,which clarifies the premise of intellec tual education—the way the mind knows,the way of intellectual edu cation—isempty and quiet,and on this basis,it is clear that intellectu al education is better than knowledge.standard.The second part is the method of moral education,combined with Xunzi’s philosophical thoughts on human nature theory,respectively from the nature of falsehood—why to carry out moral education,accumulate goodness and becomemoralhow to carry out moral education,and use the teac her asa bodythe important role of teachers in moral education Three
