Research On Information Construction Of Educational Cultural Heritage In Colleges And Universities

The cultural heritage resources of higher education are the essence of the development and inheritance of higher education in China,the cornerstone of the informatization construction of higher education resources,the important carrier of the continuity of higher education culture,and should become the powerful spokesperson of higher education in the new era.As a basic factor of production in modern society,information technology is profoundly changing the traditional management mode and management efficiency.The construction of management information with information technology as the carrier and support has become a trend of development.Compared with other fields of management,the information construction of educational cultural heritage in Colleges and universities is a brand-new subject involving the cross-integration of various disciplines.It involves not only the application of digital archives resources technology,but also the development of modern information technology.Relevant.With the transformation of modern society and educational reform in China,many colleges and universities have experienced frequent changes in their historical development,facing the embarrassing situation of complex school history tracing and the loss of early archival resources.With the implementation of the national policy in 1999,the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,many colleges and universities have opened up new campuses one after another,or built and rebuilt old campuses on the spot,many of them have a long history and culture with fresh characteristics.Old campuses and buildings with profound cultural accumulation in the Ming Dynasty are gradually losing their soil for continuing inheritance and development,and facing an unprecedented survival crisis.Educational and cultural heritage resources in Colleges and universities are increasingly shackled by the absence of management system and the lack of information construction.Under this background,it is imperative and urgent to speed up the research on the information construction of educational cultural heritage in Colleges and universities.Based on the research of University archives,cultural relics,historical buildings and other information resources,this paper puts forward the concept of "cultural heritage of University education" and clarifies its extension and connotation.Firstly,based on the history of the development of higher education in China,this paper explores the cognitive and practical evolution process of educational cultural heritage resources at home and abroad,in order to find out the relevant protection ideas and action lessons;secondly,it divides the research object of educational cultural heritage resources into three parts:movable educational heritage resources of higher education,non-movable educational heritage resources of higher education,non-movable educational heritage resources of higher education,and non-movable cultural heritage resources of higher education.Thirdly,the principles of census and screening of educational heritage resources in Colleges and universities are discussed,and the informationization norms of heritage resources with different carriers are formulated,so as to carry out the collection of heritage resources as one of the five main lines:tapping resources,instant shooting,oral interviews,publicity collection and supplementary collection.To catalogue its resources,in order to achieve a systematic study of educational and cultural heritage resources in Colleges and universities.Based on the above theoretical research,the author takes the construction of celebrity archives resources in Colleges and universities as a practical case,discusses the whole process model of collection,appraisal and collation of the construction of celebrity archives resources in Colleges and universities,verifies the operability of the construction of educational and cultural heritage resources in Colleges and universities,and guides the construction of celebrity archives resources in Colleges and universities by the example of Academician Song Zhenqi of Shandong University of Science and Technology.This paper puts forward a database model of educational cultural heritage resources in Colleges and universities,expecting to achieve the organic unity of entity and information inheritance and protection.According to the value characteristics of educational cultural heritage resources in Colleges and universities,it advocates the government,universities and other relevant protection subjects to implement practical protection and application technology.
