The Research On Fertility Willingness Of Child-bearing Age Women Under The Two-child Policy

In 2015,the fifth plenary session of the 18th central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)proposed the "universal two-child policy".Since the policy was officially implemented on January 1,2016,China’s natural population growth rate has increased in 2016,but decreased in 2017 and 2018,which is far from what was expected before the policy.At the same time,the aging of the population in our country is becoming increasingly serious,and the problem of providing for the aged has gradually become a family problem as well as a social problem.Fertility willingness,as a leading variable affecting the actual fertility level,provides an important parameter for the prediction of life level.After universal two child policy,child-bearing willingness has been released,however,when faced with a reproductive choice there are a lot of concerns,fertility policy is not the master key that solve all the problems of population and population contradiction,how to develop feasible supporting policies aimed at birth family,become the primary problem of policy makers should consider.Taking the representative Huangdao District of Qingdao as an example,this paper conducts research by issuing 320 copies of questionnaires,while interviewing 8 people,then uses SPSS data analysis software to make a quantitative analysis of sample data and binary Logistic regression analysis.After controlling for age,those factors of monthly income,children spending accounted,occupation,marital status,expectations,0 to 3 years old children,childcare facilities regulatory situation,the unit to support this seven factors influencing the willingness of women of childbearing age to breed are statistically significant.In order to provide data support for the further formulation and implementation of supporting measures,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed at the end of this paper.First,the whole society should bear the cost of bearing children together to relieve the economic pressure of bearing families.The second is to balance the role conflict of women in "work-family" and relieve the occupational pressure.Third,establish and improve the public service system to relieve the pressure of child care and school enrollment;Fourth,reasonable guidance,pay attention to the late marriage of older young people;Fifth,optimize the allocation of medical resources to protect the physical and mental health of women and children.
