Urban migrant workers refer to the farmers whose household registration is in the countryside but who enter the city to work in non-agricultural industries.They are playing an increasingly important role in the process of urban development.The important condition for urban migrant workers to stay in the city is job adaptation.The dimission tendency of urban migrant workers has a significant impact on the urbanization development.The lower the dimission tendency is,the higher the willingness to stay in the city to work will be,which can promote the urbanization process.,therefore,in this paper,based on the perspective,work to adapt to work theory,based on the Minnesota study urban migrant workers work adapt to the different dimensions and turnover intention,the relationship between work is put forward to adapt to the different dimensions have significant impact on turnover intention of assumption,and according to the results of the study suggest reducing urban migrant workers turnover intention,in order to further promote the development of urbanization.First of all,according to the Minnesota to work theory,this article will work to adapt to the work is divided into internal satisfaction,external satisfaction,job persistence three dimensions,and job satisfaction dimensions within divided into job security,comfort,job satisfaction,job autonomy,four indexes,the work is divided into skill satisfaction,extrinsic satisfaction dimension status progress two indicators,persistence will work is divided into daily work time,work two indicators.Using relevant data,interactive statistics and chi-square test analysis were conducted on these eight indicators and turnover intention respectively.The results showed that there was a significant relationship between job security,job comfort,job achievement,job autonomy,skill requirement satisfaction and status progress in job adaptation and turnover intention.Second,using multiple sequencing logistic regression analysis method,an empirical model to build,will be four urban migrant workers social demography variables as control variables,to join the first 4 working inner satisfaction variables,add 2 working external satisfaction variables,add 2 working persistent variables,thus forming a complete regression model.The results show that the combined effect of job intrinsic satisfaction is significant,and the indicators of job security and job comfort have a significant impact on the turnover intention of urban migrant workers.The joint effect test of job satisfaction is not significant,but the status progress index has a significant influence on the turnover intention of urban migrant workers.The joint effect of work persistence is significant,and the number of jobs has a significant impact on the turnover intention of urban migrant workers.Finally,based on the above findings,Suggestions are put forward to reduce the turnover tendency of urban migrant workers from three aspects:internal satisfaction,external satisfaction and work persistence.In terms of intrinsic job satisfaction,it is suggested that relevant policies should be formulated to protect the legitimate rights and interests of urban migrant workers,improve their working treatment and welfare,create a comfortable working environment for urban migrant workers,increase opportunities for urban migrant workers to give play to their talents,and improve their work autonomy.In the aspect of job satisfaction,this paper puts forward Suggestions on improving the comprehensive quality of urban migrant workers and confirming their work in time.In the aspect of work persistence,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of urban migrant workers themselves,the government and organizations to reduce the number of job changes of urban migrant workers and ensure the reasonable working hours of urban farmers. |
