With the application transformation proposed at the national level,the issue of how to transform the local newly-built undergraduate colleges into application-oriented colleges and universities needs to be resolved,and the social service function,as the third largest function of colleges and universities,is the core function of local newly-built undergraduate colleges.It plays an extremely important role in promoting the application transformation of local newly-built undergraduate colleges.The construction of social service model is one of the key elements to promote the better performance of social service functions,and its research is imperative.Therefore,based on the modern university’s social responsibility concept and resource dependence theory,this research takes T college as an example and finds that the current construction of the T college’s social service model has achieved initial results and is at a medium level.Resources are the key that affecting the construction of the social service model.On this basis,the practical dilemma is analyzed including the following: the construction of social service models in Local newly-built undergraduate colleges has a relatively short history of running a school,the positioning of the school needs to be clear,the understanding of the connotation is not deep,and the concept of social services to improve;The social service power is not strong and the external attraction is not enough;The special service institution needs to be established,the special service system needs to be revised,and the personal evaluation system needs to be improved.The social service mechanism is missing;The number of dual-training teachers is small,and the local characteristics are not obtained.In view of the dilemma,it is proposed to clarify the concept of social service by tracing the history of running a school,locating the school’s positioning,increasing publicity,and enhancing the awareness of social services;adopting positive incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students in social services,establishing a linkage incentive mechanism to promote schools benefit sharing between government and enterprises to enhance the power of social services;From top to bottom,add social service organizations,make overall considerations,revise social service systems and categorize them,and improve the personal evaluation system;Strengthen out-of-school collaboration and create a dual-training faculty.Dig deep into local resources and highlight the characteristics of social services.In this way,the application transformation of the local newly-built undergraduate colleges will be better advanced.Finally,combined with the experience and enlightenment of the construction of social service models at home and abroad,the coupledsocial service model is considered to be the best choice for the social service model of local new undergraduate colleges.The coupling nature,coupling relationship and coupling conceptual model of the service mode and the school-government-enterprise coupling social service mode are discussed.
