On October 26,2017,the Ministry of Education issued the "Implementation Measures for Teachers’ Professional Certification in General Colleges and Universities" to arrange and implement teachers’ professional certification,whose idea was laconically called OBE concept "student-centered,output-oriented,continuous quality improvement".Among them,the student-centered learning pays heed to the Normal University students’ needs for their future growth and development,which means that the allocation of educational resources,curriculum,and teaching should focus on the Normal University students.The output orientation emphasizes that the teaching design and practice of normal majors are guided by the learning effects of the normal students.Compare the core competences and requirements of normal graduates to evaluate the quality of normal professional talents;continuous improvement of teaching quality stresses that every teaching participant and every teaching step must include teaching evaluation,and apply the evaluation results in teaching improvement to continuously promote the training of normal education.H Teachers Colleges follow the trend of education development and actively carry out the secondary certification of teachers’ majors in primary education.This article combines the eight major dimensions in the secondary certification of the primary education major,which are the training objectives,graduation requirements,curriculum and teaching,cooperation and practice,teaching staff,branch conditions,quality assurance and student development,and 38 specific requirements.According to Elementary education professional training objectives and "Primary Teacher Professional Standards",and connecting the existing curriculum outline of H Teachers College,the curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation and management of the "writing ability training" curriculum have been set.The main objective of the course is to train a group of educators with profound cultural deposits,a willingness to inherit the excellent Chinese culture,a sense of responsibility and education,and the ability to practice socialist values.The course length has been changed from 32 periods per semester to the 2 + 2 model(Mainly refers to two years of class learning and two years of self-directed practice).The course content includes four parts of calligraphy knowledge,three-letter regular scriptand line writing,appreciation of calligraphy works,and teaching methods of writing.Class implementation bases on the class teaching system,and appropriately combines the "supervisor system",the Wennatka system and other related curriculum implementation forms and according to the teaching content to adjust the curriculum organization and improve learning results.Curriculum evaluation and management is mainly based on the current curriculum evaluation system and curriculum management model,arousing the enthusiasm of the teachers and students to achieve better teaching results.This paper provides a reference for other schools in teaching the writing literacy training course.
