With the continuous development of society,social life has put forward higher requirements on people’s interpersonal communication ability.the rural vocational school students must have good interpersonal ability if they want to adapt to society.As students coincide with the growth of the treasonous period and the impact of traditional education,no matter families,schools,and teachers rarely pay attention to the interpersonal communication status of the rural vocational school students.They do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of students’ interpersonal communication ability and insufficient guidance.In addition,the Internet,as an important carrier for transmitting information,has become an important way for people to communicate with each other,which has weakened the cultivation of interpersonal communication ability of the rural vocational school students and brought new problems to the interpersonal communication of the rural vocational school students.Strengthening the cultivation of interpersonal ability of rural vocational school students not only promotes the stable development of society,but also help them establish a positive and healthy mentality,so that they can better and faster adapt to society and integrate into society after graduation.Promote the development of China’s vocational education cause to play a positive role.This paper selects the first and second grade students of four vocational schools and the Vocational institute in WZ City as the research object.Relevant data were obtained through questionnaire surveys and interviews,Analysis of interpersonal communication of the rural vocational school students.Sort out the status and problems of interpersonal communication ability of the rural vocational school students,it also analyzes the factors that affect the student’s interpersonal communication ability of the students.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the rural vocational school students in WZ City,this paper proposes relevant strategies to strengthen the interpersonal communication ability of the students.The main research contents and results are as follows:First of all,Survey on the status of interpersonal communication among the rural vocational school students.Design a questionnaire for interpersonal communication ability of the rural vocational school students.Select First and second grade students of The Secondary Vocational School,Health Of School,The Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School,The Technical School,The Technical secondary school of Vocational institute in WZ City,to analyze the relevant data.The results of the investigation and analysis show that the rural vocational school students have a high willingness to communicate,have a certain ability to communicate,and are aware of the importance of interpersonal communication,and some students will reflect on problems during interpersonal communication.However,due to the lack of social guidance,lack of interpersonal communication skills and initiative,unwillingness to share personal thoughts and psychological aspects with others,and have a sense of distance from teachers,they do not know themselves objectively in actual interpersonal communication and often have personal emotions when solving problems,subjectivity is obvious,personal interpersonal skills are insufficient,students have low acceptance of teachers and so on.Secondly,Analysis of the reasons affecting the interpersonal communication ability of the rural vocational school students.The analysis pointed out that: due to insufficient awareness of personal and interpersonal communication among the rural vocational school students,lack of guidance and attention from schools,teachers,and parents,lack of practical opportunities,and And subjective and objective factors such as the student’s personal growth environment,learning environment,family atmosphere,etc.,have caused some rural vocational school students to have interpersonal communication abilities.Finally,from the aspects of strengthening the cognition of interpersonal communication among rural students,strengthening learning social skills,active guidance,paying attention to psychological emotion,improving the living atmosphere and enhancing social exercise,this paper puts forward the relevant strategies to strengthen the interpersonal skills of middle-class rural students.Specific ally students should correctly recognize the meaning of interpersonal communication,objective self-awareness,expand the circle of communication,accumulate social etiquette,precipitate all aspects of knowledge,correct treatment and handling of communication conflict problems,the school to strengthen the establishment of interpersonal communication courses,teachers to students’ guidance and help,parents targeted to students training and other positive guidance;The combination of theory and practice is beneficial to improve the interpersonal skills of rural students in secondary vocational jobs;These strategies proposed by the author hope to provide reference and reference for strengthening the cultivation of interpersonal communication ability of rural students in secondary vocational schools.
