| The development of vocational educat ion in our country is an important foundat ion and a strategic focus of the economic and social development and education. The purpose of vocational education is to serve the socialist modernizat ion construction and educate high qualified workers and tens of millions of highly skilled professionals. Vocational education is an important component of the cause of education in our country. It is most closely and directly associated with economic and social development. It is an important way to promote economic and social development and employment. As a part of vocational and technical educat ion, the secondary vocational education plays an important role in cult ivat ing high-quality workers. For Tibetan students who are studying in secondary vocational schools in the city, their interpersonal communication activities appear more complex because of the difference of nationality cultures and their own characteristics. This article takes the interpersonal communication as a study of the Tibetan students who are studying in SY school in Lanzhou. Elaboration is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is introduction. It introduces the origin and signif icance of the research, the status and the method of research, and the field of research. The second chapter introduces the related concepts, theory and history of the field. The third chapter focuses on Tibetan students’ interpersonal communication. It is discussed from the aspect of the communication between the Tibetan students and other students and teachers. The fourth chapter pays attention to the analysis of the Tibetan students’ interpersonal communication. It shows three states of interpersonal communication, which are friendly, conflicting and harmonious communication. It analyses the social role and barrier of interpersonal communication. The fifth chapter is conclusion and reflection. It is of great significance to study interpersonal communication on minority students who are studying in secondary vocational education. On the one hand, it arouses the attention of the school, family and society. As a result, they will take corresponding measures to deal with interpersonal communication of minority students in secondary vocational education. One the other hand, it can enrich the achievement of research on interpersonal communication of minority students in secondary vocational education. |
