| This research uses the questionnaire of gender equality consciousness to investigate the status of gender equality consciousness of migrant children in community C from three aspects: family,school and occupation.Combined with interviews and observation,it expounds the current gender equality consciousness problems and influencing factors of migrant children.The main problem is that the awareness of gender equality is weak,and the awareness of gender equality among migrant children of different genders is different.The factors that affect migrant children’s gender equality awareness mainly come from family environment,school environment,social environment and their own gender stereotypes.Childhood is in a critical period of germination and development of gender awareness and gender socialization.Intervention on the gender equality awareness of migrant children in Community C through the use of social work concepts,methods and skills will help to enhance their gender equality awareness.This study uses socialization theory to analyze the causes of the gender equality awareness problems of migrant children in the process of integration into the city,and combines social gender theory and social learning theory to design service programs to improve gender equality awareness,so as to help migrant children correctly understand the connotation of gender equality,learn correct gender interaction and learn to respect the opposite sex,so as to improve gender equality awareness and promote the common development of both sexes.Through practical research,it is found that the use of social work services has a certain effect on the promotion of gender equality awareness of migrant children,and based on this,suggestions are put forward to further improve social work to promote gender equality awareness of migrant children,so as to make contributions to the realization of gender equality. |
